Monte Euxe was just walking in the market place looking for a person to join his group and noticed a wanted poster of a person who's Bounty was worth 6000 shekels. He was ready to embark on a journey to conquer this town first before he could conquer a city, province, country and continent. He had a long way to go, he could not even use Ki yet.
