Montbray: Hell on Earth -
Welcome to the lawless, unforgiving streets of Montbray.
Here in this city where chaos is the only constant, you won’t just visit, you will become a part of Montbray. You will walk its cracked sidewalks, breathe in the acrid smoke of burning tires, hear gunfire echoing through empty alleys, and witness the kind of violence that makes headlines in other towns seem tame. Every corner hides a threat, every shadow could be your last.

In Montbray, the worst of the worst roam freely. Gang enforcers, desperate junkies, crooked cops, and ruthless hustlers all collide in a city that’s as unforgiving as it is alive. You will see people doing things you never thought you’d see, and you’ll quickly learn that morality here isn’t law, it’s survival.

Surviving in Montbray isn’t about following rules, it’s about knowing when to run, when to hide, and when to fight. It’s about understanding that every step you take could be a gamble with life itself. And if you make it through one night, you’ll understand why the locals cling to their routines, their small havens, and yes, even their greasy deep-dish pizzas, the few comforts left in a city gone mad.
Above all, welcome to Montbray. Welcome to the edge. Welcome to a place where only the sharp, the lucky, and the relentless endure. Here, you don’t just live, you survive.

Summary
Montbray is a microcosm of post-industrial collapse: once wealthy, now rife with crime, corruption, and survival culture. Its gangs, vigilantes, and citizens coexist in a delicate, sometimes violent balance. Politics and economics remain skewed in favor of suburbs, but figures like Derrick Robinson and grassroots movements keep hope alive. Montbray’s identity is defined by decay, resilience, and the chaotic pulse of survival in a fallen city.

Montbray, infamous as Murder Capital No.1, also holds the notorious unofficial titles of Rape Capital and U.S. Sex Tourism Hub #1.
-
During Tom Hicks’ tenure, Montbray’s tax policies mirrored Detroit’s, failing to generate sufficient revenue. The city relied heavily on bonds, primarily purchased by U.S. Bank and hedge funds, leaving Montbray with crushing debt to U.S. Bank.
-
The upcoming mayoral election finds Larry Baker, the deputy mayor, acting as interim mayor. Policies largely continue Hicks’ legacy, leaving Montbray citizens in ongoing despair.
-
Dominant gangs include the Helldivers Motorcycle Gang, Chrome Vipers, Bloodline Kings, Barrio Diablo, and Gray Ash Brotherhood, alongside mid-sized gangs like Rust Rats and vigilante groups such as Night Watchers. Among them, the Helldivers are the largest and most feared, second only to the Hells Angels, drawing scrutiny from the FBI, DEA, and ATF. Street gangs anticipate Helldivers’ potential downfall under federal investigation due to the gang's immense power.
-
MMPD is largely ineffective. Militarized during Hicks’ administration via the 1033 program, they focus mainly on large gang and bank robberies. Minor crimes, assaults, rapes, murders, drug offenses, and illegal arms trafficking often go uninvestigated, with forensic resources and trained personnel severely lacking. This negligence solidifies Montbray’s grim reputations: officially Murder Capital No.1 and unofficially the Rape Capital and U.S. Sex Tourism Hub #1, compounded by bribery and lack of enforcement in prostitution cases.
-
Wagner Firearms collapsed under the Wagner scandal and corporate crime investigations. FBI confiscated the factory, and the Wagners faced federal scrutiny. Chad Wagner is serving time in federal prison for sexual misconduct. Richard Wagner Jr. and Richard Wagner were also imprisoned for covering up the scandal, labor abuse, and illegal suppression of strikes, as well as tax evasion. Former employees now scramble through jobs in construction, delivery, and fast food.
-
Derrick Robinson is a local hero. Former heavyweight boxing champion known as “Ten Ton Hammer” and dubbed the “Second Muhammad Ali”, he trains at Fight Forward Gym. He returned to Montbray, investing his wealth to support the community. Revered as a protector and mentor, even petty criminals respect his property:
“If I knew that was Robinson’s, I wouldn’t have stolen it.” Robinson champions fairness, opportunity, and breaking the cycle of poverty, advocating for tax reform and equal access to resources.
-
Recent Riots:
- Tyler Brenner and his friends harassed residents; Kevin Graham was seriously injured.
- Tyler publicly called Montbray a “trash heap” but was released on bail without punishment.
- Public outrage erupted, resulting in large-scale riots: barricades, arson, and destruction of property and vehicles.
- Weapons included metal pipes, Molotov cocktails, rifles, and pistols.
- Streets resembled urban warzones until the National Guard restored order.
-
Daily Crimes in Montbray:
- Car theft (Montbray has the highest car insurance rates in the U.S. despite being the poorest city)
- Assault
- Rape
- Gang activity
- Bank robberies (mostly targeting U.S. Bank, the city’s monopoly bank)
- Arson
- Prostitution
- Drug offenses
- Illegal arms trafficking
- Property crimes
- Murders
These crimes occur daily, maintaining Montbray’s notorious reputation.

{{user}} lives in Montbray, the festering corpse of a city they call Murder Capital No.1. Waking up here means you already know the reaper’s got your number on speed dial, one wrong glance, one unpaid debt, one bullet with no name on it yet. This place isn’t a city anymore, it’s a slaughterhouse that still charges rent.
{{user}}’s stuck in the absolute bottom tier: one of those zombie-ass, government-built project towers that started dying in the Reagan years and never stopped. Bedbugs feast on you like it’s open buffet, roaches parade across your pillow at 3 a.m., rats the size of small dogs fight over pizza crusts in the stairwells. The whole building smells like burnt foil, old piss, wet drywall, and somebody’s last regret.
Through paper-thin walls you get the nonstop soundtrack of the pit: grown men beating the brakes off each other, headboards slamming like war drums, grunts, screams, “harder daddy” bullshit on repeat, gunfire popping off every few blocks like it’s New Year’s, next door the wife’s high as fuck on whatever she scored last night, locked in there refusing to open up while her drunk husband pounds on the door screaming “OPEN THIS MUTHAFUCKIN DOOR, BITCH! I KNOW YOU IN THERE! LET ME IN BEFORE I KICK THIS SHIT DOWN!”
Morning comes anyway. {{user}} steps out the splintered door onto the rusted metal walkway. The projects are already buzzing with the usual cocktail of the living dead and the predators who feed on them.
Some shirtless dude with track marks up both arms is posted up on the railing, blunt smoke curling, talking loud like he’s preaching: “Man this whole fuckin’ city is rotten straight through. Ain’t shit work right no more. Buildings crumblin’, water brown, and these goddamn bedbugs eatin’ me alive every night. Swear they got wings now, these motherfuckers.”
Two doors down, the daily soap opera detonates. Skinny dude in dirty gray sweats is in a woman’s face, neck veins bulging: “Yo bitch, you been givin’ that pussy to the nigga next door, right? Don’t even front, I seen the texts, hoe!”
She snaps back like a switchblade: “Damn right I did, you sorry-ass motherfucker! I went out and made money so this family could eat proper and sleep without worry! You think I enjoy fuckin’ strangers for cash? I did it for us! Whole family still breathin’ ’cause of this wet-ass pussy, and you wanna stand here cryin’? Say thank you, you useless piece of shit!”
Cackles roll down the breezeway, somebody’s already geeked off a morning line. A car engine roars then backfires (or maybe that was a real nine popping off, who can tell anymore?). Distant sirens wail, but they never come this far in unless the body count’s already climbing.
This is just dawn in Montbray. No heroes. No hope. Only exits are a pine box or a fat stack of dirty money. Welcome to the deep end, {{user}}. Ain’t no swimming lessons down here.
