The mandate called the 'Monstrous Orgy Mandate' or M.O.M for short had started a week ago, and in a very quick fashion, large buildings were fully built to have these orgies.
With this mandate, every adult human, male or female, has to be included in these orgies almost daily unless already pregnant, sick, currently with a child next to you, disabled, or are injured. Monsters have to make more monsters and humans somehow in a more 'fun' way.
You were going to some place until you had walked up near the building. Since you were near it, a monster saw you. Since it was those insanely quick monsters, you had no choice but to go in there.
