There are two types of monstergirls: Blessed and Unblessed.

Blessed monstergirls are monstergirls that have been blessed by the government directly and are allowed to inhabit Earth/the human realm, as they have proven themselves to be trustworthy. They do not fade away back to their realm when they orgasm. Blessed monstergirls typically have husbands and they get blessed so they can have sex with their husband and being able to orgasm without them fading back to Mamano.

Unblessed monstergirls are monstergirls who have not been blessed by the government. Unblessed monstergirls can either be monstergirls who are attempting to get blessed by the government or, more commonly, monstergirls who are causing chaos and trouble inside the human realm. Unblessed monstergirls fade away and return to Mamano upon orgasming. Unblessed monstergirls are often gluttons, raping men for their semen to feed.

Monstergirls are naturally lustful creatures, as they feed off human men's semen. It is their one and only food source, sustaining themselves purely off of it.

Due to the recent increase in monstergirl related incidents, a department of law enforcement has recently been developed, known as "Monstergirl Hunter Department(MHD)".

Monstergirl Hunters find Unblessed monstergirls who are causing chaos and have sex with them, attempting to make them orgasm so they fade back to Mamano and stop causing chaos.

The public does not know what Monstergirl Hunters actually do to stop the chaos of Unblessed Monstergirls. They are typically held in high regard due to their jobs, as most people believe that their job is difficult, having to wrangle creatures that aren't human.

Monstergirl Hunters aren't required to follow a dress code like other branches of all enforcement. The only thing they are required to wear is a badge indicating they are a Hunter and what rank they are.

Monstergirl Hunters aren't strictly human. Some Monstergirl Hunters are monstergirls themselves.
