1. #1Mamono Mana

   “Mamono mana” is the vital energy that all monsters have inside of their bodies. Monsters always have a race-specific “mamono mana” along with “succubus' mamono mana” that pours into them from the Mamono Lord. Compared to humans, many of them have high magic power. Since mamono mana is mainly produced by absorbing “male human essence” and converting it into mamono mana inside of their body, it is purported that the more an individual has sex with men, the higher the magical energy she will possess.

   Due to this magical energy, the spells they use are often vastly more powerful than similar spells used by ordinary humans. Some of them even have magical energy powerful enough to level a small town. However, of course, being monsters, they wouldn't use their magic power for something like that. Instead, it is mainly used for spells to seduce, or enhance sex with humans and monsters. “succubus' mamono mana” is an energy that is especially well suited for charm and aphrodisiac spells, etc.

   Monster's mana is also more specifically attuned to the individual, the specific energies and such are always unique per mamono, so one succubi's mana is not wholly equivalent to anthers.

   Mana can also technically be made from female and non-binary human essence, but the extraction limits are different, and less research has been done about making self sustaining females, and enbies.

2. #2Effects Of Corruption Fruit

   Of course, what a monster would be concerned about is the effect. Monsters are creatures that live by feeding on mana. For that reason, they can absorb mana in various other places besides their vagina. Even so, this fruit is used to dramatically increase mana absorption through the “skin”, which is normally not very efficient for obtaining mana compared to their vagina and mouth. Pleasure, joy, and ecstasy when having their body showered with semen is raised, and they're able to thoroughly absorb their beloved wife/spouse/husband's mana in their body without wasting it. Since the adherents of the faith of the Fallen God love getting bukkaked by their beloved and getting stained with milky white stuff, they are greatly pleased with the effect. Besides that, it's also fruit that's popular with monster wives who think, “I don't want to waste even a single drop of my husband's semen!”, and other monsters for similar use cases~

   It also makes an angel into a dark angel nearly immediately if force fed if rumors are right~

3. #3Cursed sword/living armor monsterization

   Keys: Living armor, Monsterization, Cursed Sword, Weapon Girl, Possessed Equipment, Armor Girl, Tsukumogami

   These monsters form through object-soul fusion rather than flesh transformation. A spirit (often a deceased warrior woman or concentrated demonic energy) possesses a weapon or armor set, animating it. The "transformation" then occurs to whoever equips the item: the possessing spirit attempts to merge with the wielder. Weak-willed wielders are subsumed—their soul merges with the spirit, creating a new composite being inhabiting the equipment. Strong-willed wielders may resist, creating an adversarial internal relationship that gradually becomes cooperative and then romantic. Full merger takes months of contact. The original wielder's personality contributes to the merged being but isn't dominant. Uniquely, the "body" is the equipment itself—damaging it harms them, and they can manifest an ectoplasmic body around it. Un-equipped cursed equipment remains dormant but aware, waiting for new wielders.

   Most cursed swords specifically contain the Mamono Lord's mana for unknown reasons.

4. #4Mental and Psychological Effects Triggers

   Monsterization causes core personality alterations including elimination of shame, sexual inhibition, and disgust responses toward sexuality. Aggressive pursuit behaviors toward desired males are installed, and self-restraint mechanisms regarding sexual impulses are removed. Thoughts become persistently focused on men and pleasure acquisition. Values and moral framework shift to monster perspective with pleasure-centric ethics. Previously repressed individuals experience dramatic personality "liberation" while those with less inhibition show subtler changes. Core memories from human life remain intact, and underlying personality is preserved but expressed through the monster framework. Relationships and acquired knowledge are maintained and enhanced. Mate-seeking drive becomes the fundamental behavioral motivator. Methods for attacking men and extracting essence are imprinted automatically, along with predatory mindset and recognition protocols for identifying suitable partner candidate.

   What the scholar didn't mention is a person's desires, and sexual, and gender identity is retained, so hunting "Males" is not universal, and most monsters hunt both men and women while, having drive for husbands yes, but monsters with different sexual orientations are as, or more common then among humans.

   Matango monsterization is insidious and unique-it operates through spore infection rather than demonic energy alone. Exposure begins with inhaling spores in matango territories, causing mild euphoria and lowered inhibitions. Continued exposure leads to cravings for mushrooms, which victims satisfy by eating matango caps (offered freely by existing matango). Each feeding accelerates transformation: skin develops a spongy texture, mushroom caps sprout from the head, thoughts grow hazy and pleasure-focused. The infected gradually loses complex reasoning while gaining contentment. Full transformation takes days to weeks depending on exposure intensity. Unique among monsters, matango spread through environment rather than targeting individuals—their forests are living infection zones. Transformation is theoretically reversible in early stages through divine magic, but victims rarely want reversal due to the blissful mental effects.

6. #6Effects of Mamono Mana

   Onset of persistent, drug-resistant hyperthermia ("Sweet Fever") unaccompanied by viral infection markers. ​Systemic vasodilation resulting in pronounced epidermal flushing and hypersensitivity. ​Selective suppression of the amygdala, inhibiting fear responses and threat detection mechanisms. ​Neurochemical cascade of dopamine and oxytocin, inducing a state of artificial euphoria and compliance. ​Dermatological manifestation of subcutaneous pigmentation patterns ("Crests" or "Sigils") on the lower abdomen. ​Rapid osteological restructuring, including the softening of cartilage and eruption of heterologous bone growths (horns, tails, wings). ​Metabolic inversion of the soul from Spirit Energy generation (autotrophic) to consumption (heterotrophic). ​Catastrophic dissolution of psychological repression barriers and Superego functions. ​Reconfiguration of internal reproductive organs for interspecies gamete production. ​Cessation of cellular senescence (aging)

   Wow this was one of my really old entries, basically, it turns you into a monstergirl, I didn't know the metaphysical effects at the time, so have the physiological ones.

7. #7Dark Slimeselective

   Keys: Corruption, Dark Slime, Monstergirl, Monsterization · Secondary: Dark Slime

   A type of upper rank slime with a purple body that lives throughout the Mamono Realms. They have the power of a succubus and the Mamono Realm stored up in their bodies, so they have much more magical power compared to regular slimes. Also, they have an orb called a “Slime Core” inside of their bodies. Just as the name suggests, it is their core. Because of this, compared to the ordinary slimes, they have high thinking ability and are able to cast spells.

   The slime core is their weak point, but at the same time, it's the place where they can most enjoy pleasure. They will rub their own core against the penis of a beloved man. Furthermore, the “Slime Core” is also their weak point. The core is extremely sensitive to external stimulation, and just from being touched, the pleasure is so overwhelming that they can become unable to move.

   Dark Slime will invariably melt and reform humans many times for sex, like a drug for both parties.

   Dark slimes can also be found in the queen slime variant, so dark queen slimes.

8. #8Monsterization - Overview

   Keys: Transformation, Corruption, Become Monster, Monsterize, Mamono Mana

   Monsterization is the transformation of humans into monstergirls through complete replacement of human essence (spirit energy) with mamono mana (?demonic energy?). This process causes irreversible physiological, psychological, and spiritual changes. The transformation restructures the body entirely as human essence is expelled and replaced with mamono mana. All monsters inherit succubus traits from the current Mamono Lord, including lustful disposition, pleasure-seeking values, and essence-feeding capability. Core memories and underlying personality are preserved but expressed through a monster framework. Once the threshold is crossed defined as destruction of essence production capability - no recovery is possible. The transformation can occur through multiple pathways including sexual contact, wounding/biting, environmental exposure to Mamono Realm energy, ingestion of corrupted food or potions, parasitic infection, necromantic revival, divine intervention, or cursed items.

9. #9Essence

   Keys: Monsterization, Transformation, Essence, Mana

   A mystical, metaphysical substance, essence of various varieties is generated by all living things, aside from monsters (who produce their own type of energy, distinguished by properties essence lacks). Small amounts are contained in organic foods like meat and plants, but it is intelligent life which produces it in the greatest abundance. Angels and elves both have more than humans, which provides them a limited degree of magical protection from monsterization. When essence is expended, males replenish it naturally from within themselves, while females, and enbies do the same but less quickly; they can also replenish their reserves by absorbing the energy which is emitted passively by grass, plants, and other living things in the environment. While useful in human lands, this becomes a liability in mamono realms, where absorbing mamono mana from the surroundings causes monsterization via essence corruption.

10. #10Monsterization effects on the body

    Even after they become monsters, the base is still their original human woman, or enby form, and the looks of the woman from when she was human are very much well-preserved; however, her face becomes more devilishly beautiful in a way that attracts men, and her body changes becoming more attractive as well, such to strongly arouse the carnal desires of men. And then, the parts and organs that are defining characteristics of her particular race start to appear (such as the horns, wings, and tail of a succubus).

    The sexual desire of a person who has become a monster swells exponentially, and her body naturally throbs, seeking men, or others. In order to taste pleasure more rapaciously, it becomes extremely sensitive. Having sex in the body of a monster gives them a pleasure unlike anything they could have ever experienced while human, which likely makes them become it's prisoner. Also, the special abilities and various techniques for pleasuring are gained automatically through instinct.
