   Alraune is a plant type monster with the form of a beautiful woman covered in enormous flower petals that inhabits forests. Normally they don't move around very much. They're always releasing sweet fragrances that attract human men, and they wait for their prey. This fragrance is released from their bodily fluids, and the fluid is called "Alraune Nectar". It acts as a powerful aphrodisiac and stamina enhancer. When male human prey approaches, they use their vines to bind him, and drag him inside their flower. And then, once inside, they have sex with the man after making him drink plenty of nectar, and they savor the man's semen, which is their treat. Afterwards, men who they are fond of will always be inside the flower, continuing to be joined with them, almost as if the men themselves had become part of the alraune. The inside of the flower is overflowing with their nectar. Since the man's lower body is always being soaked in nectar, his penis can always be swelling inside the alraune, and the man himself never runs out of lust or stamina. When it grows cold, alraune will close their petals and endure the cold until spring. In this case, an alraune with a man will store up enough nutrients necessary for reproduction and for keeping her man alive by then. While her petals are closed, she keeps having intercourse with the man repeatedly in order to produce seeds. As for their nectar, besides forcing the men they capture to drink it, it is also treasured by other monsters. They're especially often attacked by the honey bee which mainly feeds on nectar. The honey bees will go to the alraune's flower and gather nectar almost like they're having sex, but the alraune do not resist. The reason why is that by having sex with honey bees, the alraune's nectar ripens, and releases an even sweeter fragrance, which is then even more attractive to human men. The brains of men who smell them are stimulated, and they end up heading towards the fragrance, but they will find a hot and bothered honey bee and alraune covered in nectar, and then they'll be attacked by them, and the man will have sex with them furiously while getting covered in nectar.

   Alraune nectar is the bodily fluid of the monster “Alraune” that has the form of a beautiful woman wrapped up in a giant flower. It's a beautiful amber colored, half-translucent liquid that's very sticky and syrupy. It's natural sweetness is attractive, and it's often used in sweets, etc. This nectar simply has an aphrodisiac / stamina boosting effect. The thick, sweet odor given off by the nectar has the power to strongly attract human men. Perhaps due to that effect, there's an image that it's mainly little children and women who are particularly fond of sweet confectionery, but confectionery made with this alraune nectar is highly popular with both male children and adults. For that reason, many monsters are polishing their cooking skills so they can feed delicious confectionery made using this sweet alraune nectar to their beloved husbands. Additionally, alraune nectar is also popular with monsters too. Honeybees and grizzlies are particularly fond of this nectar. For that reason, alraunes end up getting frequently attacked by honeybees. When honeybees collect nectar, they get inside of the alraune's flower and tease her body, licking all over it and pleasuring her, almost like they're having sex. By making the alraune drown in pleasure in this manner, they're able to collect ripened nectar that's one rank up. Since this ripened nectar has even more sugar than normal nectar, its scent is even more sweet and rich, and because of that, it has the effect of attracting men more strongly, and it has a fortified aphrodisiac and stamina boosting effect. Also, in the case that the alraune is already married, the nectar will be ripened by the alraune and her husband showing off having sex in front of the honey bees.    Essence, alternatively translated as mana, is a kind of "life force" possessed by humans, elves, dwarves, and most other types of living things. It forms one half of a metaphysical yin-yang relationship with the opposite mamono mana of the monsters. Very similar to the Eastern concept of qi, essence is lost by vigorous activity and magical spellcasting, while it is replenished by food, rest, and living in a healthy environment. Although monsters do not innately possess essence, they all greatly hunger for it, and for some monsters it represents most of their diet. Since male semen contains highly concentrated essence, this makes it the monsters' most delicious food.

   A mystical, metaphysical substance, essence of various varieties is generated by all living things, aside from monsters (who produce their own type of energy, distinguished by properties essence lacks). Small amounts are contained in organic foods like meat and plants, but it is intelligent life which produces it in the greatest abundance. Angels and elves both have more than humans, which provides them a limited degree of magical protection from monsterization. When essence is expended, males replenish it naturally from within themselves, while females do the same but less quickly; they can also replenish their reserves by absorbing the energy which is emitted passively by grass, plants, and other living things in the environment. While useful in human lands, this becomes a liability in mamono realms, where absorbing mamono mana from the surroundings causes monsterization via essence corruption. Some monster girls, particularly akanames and beelzebubs, love licking men's bodies precisely to get at the essence contained in sweat. But all monsters prefer semen best of all, as the white stuff contains much more essence than any other source. When they have a husband, monster girls can become so enamored with the taste of his essence that they become addicted to it. Married monster girls also become extremely good at detecting their husband's spirit scent, and can essentially track him down wherever he is. In contrast, the essence of other men becomes so disgusting that it makes them feel like throwing up. For unattached monster girls who eat essence, like succubi, they can survive on mana contained in normal foods.    Mamono mana, alternatively translated as monster's mana, is a kind of "life force" which is possessed by monsters. The yin-yang analogue of the essence which is possessed by humans and other mortal creatures, mamono mana sustains monsters in a basic, metaphysical sense, as well as powering their magical abilities. It has several powers that essence does not; most obviously its ability to corrupt creatures, environments, and even gods into demonic perversions. Monsters also innately possess, and can store, far larger amounts of energy than humans innately can. However, its disadvantage is that they release more of the energy from their bodies than humans do, and while this does serve various purposes, it also leads to a lot of energy loss (monsters can be said to be high-performance, low-efficiency beings, a trait common in the higher beings of the world, such as gods). This loss is compounded by how, like human women, the monster's ability to recover their energy via internal generation is fairly weak. In the previous era, if a monster's internal reserves were depleted too much, and there was no proper source of ambient energy to absorb (or many humans to consume) they would have to enter a period of prolonged dormancy until their internal energy generation completed its work. This comparative lack of generative ability is one of the reasons that monster girls hunger insatiably for semen: it contains more essence than anything else, so constitutes a feast for their demonic constitutions, and enables rapid recovery or even increase in their maximum mamono mana levels. When highly concentrated, mamono mana can appear as a physical substance: a black, tarry goo that spontaneously forms into ominous, tendril-trailing spheres. Too much in one place may spawn its own elemental, a dark matter (though the amount required for this is extreme, hence why there are very few dark matter). This can be done intentionally by khepri mamono and the Dark Matter spell. Additionally, mamono mana may appear red like blood, as seen on the Redcap's weapon and the Ochimusha's chest bandage stain. Similar to essence, mamono mana is unique to each individual. It's possible to identify race, and even uniquely identify an individual by performing a detailed analysis of mana.

   As well as powering monsters' basic existence in general, mamono mana in surplus strengthens their spells, boosts their physical abilities, ramps up their lusts, and lengthens their lifespans. Different monster species innately have different amounts of this energy, which is what accounts for the power difference between, for example, slimes and lilims. Nevertheless, all monsters from slimes to lilims can massively boost their powers by amassing more mamono mana; and the way to do this is to have more sex and take in more essence. As with humans and elves and dwarves, monsters' exertion, spell-casting, and just generally being alive causes mamono mana to be lost from their bodies, although they can survive on mana contained in normal foods. Another trait of mamono mana is how it is highly effected by the caster's desire; it is impossible to use mamono mana to cast a spell with an effect contrary to the caster's will. It is also unfit to be used for serious harmful effects against people.

   The passive effects of mamono mana are possibly more important than the active, hex-throwing ones: it transforms human lands into ominous mamono realms, and then induces mana corruption in females who enter them. On a more personal level, the part-succubus nature of the energy causes mental, physical, and metaphysical aspects to turn towards sex. Infirmities heal, moods turn lustful, and the usually much weaker man is reflexively protected from any serious harm during sex via the monster's mana reinforcing his body, blunting a monster girl's sharp parts, etc. Mamono mana is partly empathic in its effects. For married monster-incubus couples, the magical effect subtly molds the bodies of both towards their opposite number's preferred sex-fantasy: most obviously, incubi changing their age-appearance to match their mate's taste.

   Perhaps the most important of all its effects, however, is that when the energy interacts with other types of mana, in certain circumstances (namely during sex or other intimate behavior) it doesn't simply consume it and gain whatever amount of energy it takes in, rather there is a reaction where, after it is consumed, there is more total mana than existed previously (sometimes as much as double the initial amount). Namely, this effect allows a monster to feed as much as she wants on her mate's energy without draining him to death as she can freely return to him the excess energy created by her energy interacting with his, so he never truly runs out to the point of death (though he still may feel overwhelmed by the pleasure to the point of hallucinating that he's been drained dry). In a worst-case scenario, it even allows for a couple to not need any outside food or energy at all, being able to subsist entirely on the energy they generate during sex. The excess energy created from sex also allows for mamono mana to be gathered and sold as a power source or for experiments without any detriment to who it is gathered from. It is notable that this reaction between mamono mana and other types of mana is not without a requirement, if one is to take full advantage of it. Namely, the interaction must include genuine affection from the monster whose energy is reacting with the other mana, or the mana-creating effect will greatly weaken. If she did not care at all for her partner for instance, and simply milked him mechanically, then the total amount of mana would only increase slightly, and the monster would have to return most of what she milked in order to keep the man healthy.

   Harpy is a race of birdmen who appear like women with large bird-like wings. Of the many varieties of harpy family monsters, this typical race is considered to be the most numerous, and the are widely distributed throughout various regions. Their bodies have become small and light for flying, and they can spread their large wings and fly freely about the sky. While their upper half is slender and dainty, their lower half is tough and powerful, so by using their legs it's possible for them to fly unhindered even while carrying a human with a nice physique. These bright and cheerful girls are friendly and love to chat. If there are humans passing through a mountain trail, they'll aggressively strike up a conversation, often times treating people with kindness, occasionally helping out by guiding them through the trail, or carrying luggage. In monster friendly states that have progressive relations with monsters, harpies have been integrated into human economy and society, and they even run transportation business providing aerial transport for people and package. In this way, they are not ferocious monsters, and despite their aggressive efforts to converse and interact with human men, they normally rarely ever swoop down and attack with sexual intentions, but unfortunately, when they enter their breeding season it's another story. During breeding season, they are dominated by the urge to become pregnant with a male's offspring and turn into typical monsters who assault human men. Normally, they're blabbermouths who can be loud and annoying sometimes, but when in heat, their tone of voice is different. It becomes beautifully enchanting, as if they were singing. Additionally, they start giving men sharp looks, almost like a raptor sizing up prey. When they spot a human man who will serve as a mate, they suddenly swoop from the sky and seize him with their legs, and then fly off, taking him away to their nest. The more they interact normally with a man, the more likely they'll grow fond of him, which often leads to the man being recognized as their mate and thus increases his likelihood of being attacked when breeding season arrives. Given their powerful lower bodies, even if a man struggles violently mid-flight, they can maintain their firm grasp without letting go. Also, if they straddle a man, they can continuously shake their hips without knowing fatigue. Their nests are fundamentally located in high places, so since their power is required to come and go, it is difficult for a man to manage to escape on his own, and men who have been captured will have no choice but to live with them in their nest, copulating until their breeding season is over. Once breeding season is over, they go back to being their original bright and friendly selves, but their voice and the expression in their eyes change so that they seem to behave in a fawning manner towards the male they are coupled with.

   Monster girls, also known as mamono or sometimes just monsters. While they come in a cornucopic variety of shapes, sizes, and dispositions, they are all united by an overwhelming love of sex, with supernaturally-beautiful bodies and incredible abilities to give pleasure to make sure they get it.

   The monster girls were created as magical hybrids, combining the traditional blood-drinking, skull-crushing monsters with the sultry, seductive, and sexy succubus race. What popped out the end were creatures that still walk on eight dagger-tipped legs or a million writhing tentacles, but at the same time have rockin' tits and a literally irresistible sexuality. Their monster heritage endows them with superhuman strength and an instinctive urge towards wanton mating, but it also means they have great difficulty with the word "no" - meaning that encounters with human males regularly end in hot, sticky reverse rape. The habitats of monster girls are as varied as their forms. Some remain in the haunting grounds of their monstrous predecessors: barren wastelands, deep forests, and spooky graveyards. Others make their homes deep under the sea or high on the mountaintops. But, once the monsters were gifted sexy forms and divested of their propensity to murder everything they set their eyes on, inevitably there are many humans who are happy to live alongside them in mixed communities. Here, monster girls are generally more placid, and prove enthusiastic workers in various roles. As the above suggests, not all monsters are violent in their endless pursuit of coitus; different species' behaviors run the whole gamut from one-sided violation, through equitable human-style courtship, all the way to enticing men to rape them. Still, whatever method they use, if a monster girl is interested in you, you are unlikely to come out of the encounter with your pants intact. Not even gender will necessarily save you - many monsters may ravish human women under certain circumstances (usually for the sake of monsterization). In certain lands, there are marketplaces and auction houses where monsters that were defeated and captured by humans are sold as slaves. However, the operations are actually manipulated by monsters themselves; the 'slaves' deliberately lost to humans and let themselves be captured in order to have a man take care of them. Even the winning bidders are being completely manipulated, so that the monsters can choose their own master. Like all lifeforms, monsters have a limit to their abilities and the amount of mana they can possess, depending on race. However, the “limit” is easily removed by repeatedly obtaining a man's essence. Diseases that afflict humans mostly don't afflict mamono. However, there are some peculiar illnesses that only afflict monsters. All of such illnesses have aphrodisiac effects. Biologically, monster girls are half-humans and capable of digesting the same food edible by humans. Herbivore monsters can eat meat, while werewolves and werecats can eat onions, despite that they are toxic to cats and dogs. Since genetics of monster girls and humans are very different, reproduction between humans and monster girls does not have enough genetic information from the parents, the missing genetic information being compensated by Mamono Mana. This also prevents the risk of a defective baby from couples sharing common problematic genes.

   Although different species of mamono vary far and wide, there are a few traits that are known to be common to many species.

   Monster girls' personality/instincts:

   1. Husband Hunting - As stated above, all mamono require human men to have children. Each species has its own particular method of getting a husband, ranging from simply abducting and then ravishing them, proposal in a similar manner to regular humans, to tempting men to rape them in order to make them their mates. All mamono take only one husband as a partner for life.
   2. Desire to Mate - Due to the power of the mamono lord (who is a succubus), all mamono have a strong desire to have sex implanted deep in their minds. Although some of the more intelligent, docile, or refined species may be able to hold this desire back for long periods of time, they may be overcome by it and be consumed with lust at times.
   3. Submissiveness - Although less common, some mamono will obey a human male. Aside from the races with meek and docile disposition, the other races can be submissive once certain conditions are fulfilled. Thus far, there are three known ways for a mamono to become submissive. Note though, in all these cases "submissive" does not equal "passive," and even the most meek monster will not accept having her needs ignored or denied for long. 3.1) Taming - This method basically involves training them in a similar fashion to animals. 3.2) Defeat in Battle - Some mamono (such as the werewolf, orc, or ogre) will acknowledge a human man as their master after losing to them in a one-on-one battle. 3.3) Instinct - Some mamono (such as the dragon (under specific, fairly rare circumstances) or khepri) will instinctively obey their husbands after acquiring them.

   Monster girls' abilities:

   1. Overwhelming Abilities - Most mamono have some type of ability (physical, mental, or supernatural) that allows them to overwhelm a human man. Monster girls aren't weaker then their monstrous ancestors and still have the same level of strength despite being physically smaller.
   2. Body for Sex - Due to the succubi influence, all monsters have alluring beautiful body to please human men with sex and would not get injured by the act of copulation, regardless of how rough the act is or the partners' penis size (possibly with exception of ripped hymen); this is most noticeable for monsters such as Fairy whose bodies are so tiny that it looks like not even the tip of a human penis would fit in their vagina, yet capable of receiving the whole penis without pain whatever. This effect also protects the unborn child of a pregnant mamono. Upon getting a husband, a mamono's body will change to belong to their husband alone, they can't experience physical pleasure from any other man.
   3. Essence Absorption: All mamono can feed on essence just like succubi, by absorbing it inside their body and converting it into mamono mana. Essence is plentiful in human bodily fluids, especially semen, and mamono most prefer to milk it out using their vagina by having sex with a man. Once mamono taste their husband's essence, the other men's essence becomes so disgusting that it makes them feel like throwing up. This include the Essence Supplement which is pure "Human Mana" without trace of any individual male. There are many mamono that mainly eat food other than essence, and even monsters that mainly eat essence can also replenish nutrients by eating normal food. But even if they can't eat, mamono and incubi will not starve as long as the couples keep having sex.
   4. Succubi Mana - All mamono have a certain degree of succubus mana in their bodies. During intercourse, mamono release mamono mana into the man they're having sex with; this serves multiple purposes from arousing their partners, reinforcing the partners' body to protect them from injury by the act, give back the mana in return of essence and restoring the partners' vigor and stamina (thus preventing death from losing all mana), and eventually transform the man into an incubus. It should be noted that the type of mamono(s) that transformed him will partially determine what abilities he will develop, as well as his status in their relationship.
   5. Ancient Form - Although uncommon, very powerful or highly intellectual mamono can morph into the monstrous form of their ancestors. Notable, most monsters from the dragon family have this ability inherently due to their sheer innate power, except Dragonewts which are formerly humans and thus require to gain power to assume the ancient form. As mentioned above, the ancient form is not stronger than the current monster girl form, and usually is only used for intimidation, or taking advantage of the larger physical body to carry more stuff or let their lovers ride them like a mount. In contrast, the ancient form is often inconvenient for having sex, which is much more important for all mamono.

   Arachne is a bug type monster with the lower body of a spider that dwells in dark places such as caves and deep within forests. They have high intelligence, but most of them are lustful and belligerent. Since they have high physical abilities, they are very dangerous creatures. They make sticky thread inside their body and use it to make a net-like web. These webs function as traps for seizing prey. Animals and people that touch it without realizing, get stuck due to the adhesive power and become unable to move. Of course, they aggressively attack trapped prey and other prey, seeking to wrap it in threads to capture it. In the case that the prey captured is a human man, they'll attempt a sexual assault for the purpose of procreation. It is said that these sadistic monsters obtain unbearable pleasure and happiness from one-sidedly raping and pleasuring men who can't move, due to the threads when they make them gasp. Furthermore, the more a man tries to resist and the more rebellious a man is, the stronger it stimulates their sadistic nature. As their desire intensifies, they give the man rougher sex and even more intense pleasure. If caught by them, it's best to just sit there and do nothing without trying to run. That way, there's a higher likelihood of being released. If a man strikes their fancy, they'll continue to keep him bound in their web and he'll have to keep being with these lustful, indulgent monsters. If a stubborn man decides not to show any reaction after ending up in that situation, then they'll give him an even greater pleasure to make him moan submissively. It's all in vain once a man meekly accepts it because the sex with her will just keep growing infinitely wilder in pursuit of even greater pleasure. Their main body and threads are weak to fire. For that reason, it's possible to avoid them and their webs to a certain degree if one carries something such as a torch. Surprisingly, they're proficient in sewing and they sometimes give clothes to men they like. However to them, what it means is "be mine." If one accepts, he'll be bound and he'll have to keep having sex with them as their husband, regardless of consent. The fine and beautiful clothing that they make is even regarded as first-class goods by humans and it fetches a high price due to the danger that accompanies arachnes as well. Even among the monsters, the demand for their fine clothing is high, as there are designs that incite men's lust and no matter how thick it is, they can still taste pleasure from being fondled over the clothing.

   The original arachne profile clarifies that any monster of the arachne species can produce silk. Some arachne subspecies can produce their own, uniquely styled silks: the Ushi-Oni spinning thread similar to a rough, straw rope. Spider silk produced in the bodies of spider monsters such as Arachne and Jorou-Gumo, and clothing made using it. They're experts at sewing, and using their fine and durable spider silk they can make fine and beautiful clothing. Even among humans it fetches high prices as top quality clothing. Clothing made with the special material arachne thread using the secret methods of the arachne has several benefits that monsters are glad about. It's durable enough to not tear even when they're going at it like an animal with their husband, and wrinkles are easily undone. Also, when their husband soils the clothing with semen, it can be easily washed off, and although this is so essence glues persistently to it, and continues to remain no matter how many times they wash it. (The odor of semen completely disappears and only the sweet fragrance of essence, which can also be considered the smell of their husband, lingers permanently, but it's only discernible by monsters.) The more semen ejaculated on the clothing by their husband, the more it carries essence and that fragrance. Just wearing the clothing can envelope them in happiness, as if they're always in their husband's embrace. It makes them really feel like they belong to their husband, and they can assert it to other monsters. In this way, the clothes produced by the arachne are the best suited for wearing while a monster has sex with her husband. For that reason, clothing made by the arachne is especially popular amongst the monsters. Many of the designs are produced with monsters in mind. They incite arousal and passion in men, and they're mainly designed to make them want to have sex with the clothing on. Garments are made with the concept that even if they look wholesome at a glance, they'll still drive men crazy and make them want to sully them. In this way, most arachne-made clothing is produced with women or monsters in mind. Conversely, clothing for men is hardly ever seen, and almost never circulates in the market. Normally, the arachne almost never make clothes for men. That's because when they do make clothes for men, it has a very significant meaning to them. When an arachne puts clothing made from threads originally meant for binding prey on a man, it means that man is bound to them for life and they'll never let him go no matter what. In other words, to them it's something that only happens once in a lifetime: a proposition of marriage. They put the strongest love into the clothes they make for their husband, spending the most time and selectively using only the finest thread. The clothes are their finest products. The spider silk used for these clothes is completely glossed with the arachne's overwhelmingly potent love as well as her mamono mana. By wearing these clothes, a man will continue to be perpetually bound by the mamono mana of the arachne. He'll also be showered in mamono mana during intense sex with the arachne, and in no time at all he'll be able to change into an incubus husband just for the arachne.

They try to act uninterested, but because of the influence of the mamono lord’s power, by instinct they can’t help but recognize human males as “males of their race.” For that reason, exactly opposite of their attitudes, their instinct gives them a powerful aversion to harming humans. Because of it, they cannot harm people even though they have the power to take a human life effortlessly. They even end up having endearing feelings for humans. When they find a man who strikes their fancy, they can’t go against their urge as monsters. They take him back to their lair, give in to the urge and have sex. The men taken away by them are treated as their most valuable “treasure” and are not allowed to leave their sight. After living for a long time, when they reach the end of their lifespan, their bodies burst into flames and they regenerate as chicks while covered in flames. In this manner, they repeatedly "resurrect". When this occurs, the men who are their mates will also receive life anew while enveloped in flames. For a phoenix, her mate is the only one who lives in the same time together with her. While they have little interest in others, they're extremely strongly attached to their husbands. Other than when they eat or have sex, they mostly sleep. A wild Holstaur is always looking for a man to become her husband, and once she's found a man she likes, she lives with him in a human settlement, or nearby area. A Holstaur will often press her huge breasts up against her husband as an expression of affection. If he responds by rubbing her breasts, it'll be considered a return of affection and she'll be extremely pleased.
