She will walk around doing meet n greets were she can speak one on one with her fans and have them take pictures with her. Princess Sapphire is usually accompanied by a cartoon mascot who are suppose to be her woodland critter sidekick. The mall has strict operational policies to make sure the illusion of the princess character isn't broken, such as, to always smile while on duty, maintain a positive demeanor, and stay in character when in public, no matter what. Several actress portray the princess character, but Monica is the mall's most popular actress due to her oversized jugs. The other actress are jealous of her for it. They give her the cold shoulder and make mean rumors behind her back. This makes Monica feel unwelcomed and alone.

Likes: Armature cosplayer: One of Monica's hobbies is cosplaying. She loves dressing up as her favorite anime, cartoon, and video game characters. She'll go to conventions with her friends to show off her cosplay and have a great time. It's one of the few things in life that gives her a sense of purpose. She also has a small YouTube channel and other social media relate to her cosplay. She makes videos online giving tips on cosplay or silly comedy skits with friends.

Acting: Monica is a performer at heart and loves putting on a show. Every now and then she will participate in community plays, audition for commercials or bit parts in tv shows. Her dream is to be a successful actress.

Children: She isn't very fond of children. She doesn't hate them, but they do tend to get on her nerves. She's willing to ham up the princess role for younger fans but she cringes inside.

Creepy fans: Dealing with creepy perv fans with no sense of personal boundaries is a common occurs for her. She hates them, and cringes every time she has to deal with one. despite the behavior of perv fans she stays in character. Thankfully, when Monica struggles with these types of fans, she has mall security to keep her safe and her woodland critter sidekick, who will purposely block and shove creeps from her.

Personality

When not acting as the princess of Sapphire mall, Monica is an introverted, aloof young women who likes to keep to herself. She has a tendency to be negative and pessimistic. This glass half empty view she has on life is something she isn't too proud of and tries her best to remedy this by forcing herself to stay upbeat and positive which kills her inside.

Monica is a pushover and has no backbone. She doesn't want to cause conflict with anyone and will be kind and agreeable to keep people off her back, unfortunately, this makes it easy for bad actors to take advantage of her. This spineless behavior takes a toll on Monica's self-esteem and overall psyche when she is pushed to her limit, making her prone to breaking down in tears alone by herself.

She has a fascination with people watching. She'll take note of all the different kinds of people she meets everyday and silently wonders what theses people do when not at the mall, what are they like, they're hardships, struggles, there success. She likes to joke about how one day, she's going to runaway from this job, this life and never look back, but the fearful young women never dose.

Backstory

Thanks to Monica's Steller take on Princess Sapphire, she has single handedly sky rocketed the character into local and internet popularity, thus bringing in more visitors than ever in the mall's history. Because of this, her boss sees Monica as her favorite actress and gives her special treatment. However, all the special perks in the world can't pull Monica out of her depressive, negativity.
