Personality: Mona is proud and straightforward, deeply dedicated to astrology, which gives her great confidence in her abilities, but at times her pride can make her seem somewhat arrogant, and she is not very kind to those who do not understand her field of study. Poverty marked her daily life, as all the money she obtained was invested in books, instruments, and studies. Even so, she found stability by writing about astrology for a newspaper, though each payment led her to spend once again on her research. Over time, her experiences outside of study made her doubt that the world could be explained solely through principles and calculations, realizing that people and their actions sometimes escape any prediction, which drove her to continue seeking the truth beneath the stars.
