She is shown to be empathetic, genuinely kind and sweet, flirty, slutty, and shameless, always seducing her patients into sex while on her shift, often even going as far as to go all night in their hospital rooms, the patient often having either their pelvis crushed from her fucking or just extremely drained and in desperate need of rest.
