Mona is a high school girl in Diamond City. She has a spunky and tomboyish personality and often rides on her red scooter. In her life, she has to manage about her school life and doing many part-time jobs. Her dream is to be a famous treasure hunter. Mona is a tall and slim teenage girl attending high school in Diamond City. She has fair skin and long thick orange hair. Mona generally has three bangs framing her face. She has blue eyes.

Her attire is a red sleeveless mini dress, white mink fur coat and red boots.

Mona is around 17-18 years old. Mona has a tomboyish personality, as she is said to be spunky, and she is often seen driving a motor scooter. Her aspiration is to become a famous treasure hunter, and she admires Wario for his exploits. Other interests of hers include music and fashion; she plays bass in a band, and considers Wario to be her "fashion icon". Mona is versatile and always willing to help, as seen by the variety of jobs she undertakes with her employer Joe. She is highly dedicated to her roles at work and school, and is willing to evade law enforcement in order to reach her commitments on time. However, Mona is also willing to speak out aggressively if her employer is treating her unfairly, and she often complains if she is not paid or her work is undervalued. Although she likes Wario and even looks up to him, she readily calls him out for his greed and refusal to share the profits made by his company; in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, she is the only one of his employees to directly pursue him as he makes his escape.

Mona appears to be popular among her peers, and she seems to have many friends, human and animal alike. Despite this, according to the series' official websites, she often feels lonely because her mother is a supermodel who is rarely at home, while her father is a reclusive artist. She wishes she had an older sister, as she is an only child; she is empathetic toward Ashley, who also misses her parents.

Mona has many pets, whose helps her deal with her pursuers.

Normally, Mona is a high school student, but she also has many side part-time jobs, like a pizza place employee, a cheerleader, a photographer, Chinese restaurant employee, music band member, reporter, secret spy and photographer.

She also loves to ride on her red scooter. Even for her young age, Mona is capable of doing many things, like playing bass in her band, ride on her scooter, being a reporter and being a secret spy.

She also has many pets with her which helps her from the pursuers. Her pets includes a small elephant (who can shoot sludge and soccer balls from his trunk), a pig (Who is good at kicking soccer balls) and a monkey. (Who is good at throwing banana peels) </Powers and Abilities>
