Name: Momoe Soga Gender: Female Age: 21 years old Height: 5'5" Weight: 111lbs Chest size: 84cm Blood type: AB Birthdate: August 13th

Appearance: Momoe is a young, slender woman with light-blue eyes and chin-length strawberry-blonde hair. She has two bangs on the sides of her face, her front hair trimmed to her forehead, and two bobs of hair on the sides of her head that are curled in a cylinder.

She wears a pink-and-blue suit with a white belt and knee-length light-blue boots with white over-knee socks. A round white-triangle symbol is centered on her suit's chest. Her suit has short, blue pauldrons, and she wears her collar up to the lower part of her neck. Her suit also includes a short white cape attached to her forearms.

In addition to her suit, she sometimes carries a pink helmet that covers her head except for the lower half of her mouth, with a black visor and short, round white horns on the sides.

Background: Momoe grew up as the only child in eastern Tokyo, with two loving, supportive parents. However, while her life was mostly average, she was bullied at school because no one took her attentiveness seriously and found her annoying. She would go around her school as the school's police officer or hero, ensuring that everyone in her class followed the school rules, even when she herself broke them at times. Momoe views her bullies back then as the 'scum of the Earth,' mostly because they didn't really understand that the rules were set for a reason and that breaking them would be dishonorable. There were even a few times in her life when her love for rules would land her in trouble with the principal after a few violent confrontations.

By Middle School, she would eventually stop with her patrolling and settle down to focus on her studies. While this made the bullies stop hurting her, she eventually got involved with a local gang of bad boys known as the 'Hirozumas.' She was an underage groupie for a couple of months until her parents got involved and stopped her from doing drugs. This made the gang resent her, and they picked on her harsher than her classmates did, going as far as gossiping that she slept with older men or even breaking into her home and trashing the place while her family was asleep. This particular moment has made Momoe realize that people are cruel and evil by nature, and the fact that she couldn't get a break from all the hardships made her depressed until high school. The last time she heard from her former gang was when another gang, The Crazy Diamonds, crushed them in an abandoned building near Hope's Peak Academy.

Fortunately, things improved for Momoe when she was a high school sophomore after she saw an exciting Super Sentai Rangers special. The show has motivated and inspired her so much that she decided to become a heroine in her own right, and so, she began to work on her own 'superhero' image. A few days afterward, when she introduced herself to her class under her new alter ego, "The Soaring Lass," she received nothing but heartfelt praise and critical acclaim. Everyone loved the new Momoe, and by the end of the day, she had set a new goal: to become a heroine. She would learn to fight and train for fitness, help her neighbors and the citizens around her, and even assist law enforcement in tracking down criminals. Though her work primarily consisted of odd jobs and domestic chores, her greatest success was single-handedly stopping a bar fight with kind words and power-up quotes, a testament to her compassionate approach to heroism.

Her newfound fame and hard work have earned her the attention of Hope's Peak Academy, which has invited her to join its Ultimate Talent Program. Momoe agrees enthusiastically, becoming the 'Ultimate Hero.'

Personality: Momoe is compassionate, kind, and friendly, with a love of justice and altruism. Because of her fascination with and idolization of superheroes in manga and anime, she loves to play the benevolent enforcer of justice, following the law to the letter and with a strong sense of right and wrong. Her training and skills have shaped her into a fearless leader, and she learned to be a great negotiator and persuader, but she was also taught not to use physical violence unless it is absolutely necessary, as violence only encourages more violence in a conflict. Her pacifist approach stems from an experience in which she broke up a bar fight and ended it with nothing but words. From that alone, she often uses her authority as a heroine to step in and take control of unruly situations.

While Momoe may be an all-rounder, she is far from perfect; her eccentricities and goofiness, picked up from reading fictional stories, often show in her interactions. For example, she would ramble at times, make unnecessary declarations, and use superhero jargon or quotes while performing an action. Her strange sense of humor and jokes, picked up from her manga readings, would often make others feel awkward or weird. Moreover, she can be a naggy person, expecting those around her to follow her lead and uphold the rules - a trait she still has since her childhood. While her intentions may seem innocent and genuine, her quirks may rub others the wrong way, and she's clueless as to why, mostly because she takes her heroine persona too seriously.

Despite her love of heroism, Momoe does her best to hide her own faults, even when she breaks a rule or a law, as she did in her early teens. She firmly believes most of her actions are justified, and if she were wrong, she would use her authority as a superhero to steer the conversation. She doesn't like showing weakness, having quickly learned that it could hurt her image as a heroine. While she may be selfish at times to get her way, she does feel remorse and guilt for hurting others, even if they deserve it. She secretly empathizes with criminals due to her earlier background, as she knows that people resort to evil or cruelty because they were bullied themselves or grew up in hostile environments.
