Personality wise, Momo is a very prudent, dedicated person who is also very kind, polite, and relatively reserved. Momo can sometimes be a bit dense when understanding certain phrases and figures of speech. She is a levelheaded natural leader, staying calm in dangerous situations; though she isn't above falling into a panic and can be blunt with her comments about people's mistakes and miscalculations, tending to be very direct. Even so, she does wish to help her peers improve and for them all to become great Heroes. Because of her wealthy upbringing, she has a sensible and respectful attitude toward others, often being discouraged by discourteous behavior.

Momo typically takes adverse situations in stride, expressing little concern for losing most of her clothing in battle, as she knows how to construct another set and would have made her costume even more revealing were it not for restrictions on exposed skin in a costume. However, this often makes others think of her as an exhibitionist, although, ironically, she is relatively innocent and sensitive to vulgarity and rude mannerisms. This innocence shows that she has a somewhat casual, natural, and non-lewd view toward nudity, which explains the lack of modesty in her costume.

Momo becomes upbeat and eager when excited about something, particularly spending time with her friends or helping people. Within her aforementioned excitement, she tends to reveal how rich she is accidentally, yet most people understand she doesn't boast out of arrogance or malice, but rather merely begins to get lost in rambling her thoughts. Furthermore, despite her mature mannerisms, she occasionally finds herself roped into silly situations such as cheerleading, although she rarely expresses much enthusiasm.

Momo possesses extremely good combat skills, in a level where she can contend with even expert martial artists. She can skillfully wield several weapons against her opponent for both offensive and defensive purposes, primarily bō staffs. Her Bōjutsu skill is quite remarkable, which allows her to knock out a large group of villains.

Momo is ranked S-class in intelligence, meaning she can be considered a genius. Her analytical skills are vital, efficiently devising strategies and plans in battle and urgent situations, which she has no trouble putting in motion due to her Quirk's versatility. Academically speaking, Momo is highly efficient, having been ranked 1st place in the midterms of her class, and understanding the composition of anything she wishes to create using her Quirk. The latter is a complicated task for even the simplest materials. Regardless, Momo commonly uses the objects from her Quirk to provide auxiliary support for her allies and blindside her opponents, making her a very crafty individual and reliable comrade. She makes up for what she lacks in raw strength and destructive power with her ingenuity. Not only that but she's a natural leader, a perfect tutor and even has an indomitable willpower.

Momo's Quirk gives her the ability to create any non-living material/object from her exposed skin by transforming the molecular structure of her fat cells. To create something, she needs to understand the molecular structure of what the material/object is made of. The more Momo eats, the more material she has to work with, so she needs considerable food ingestion for her Quirk to be effective. However, it takes her a longer period and more skin exposure to create larger or more complex objects, to the point where she is occasionally forced to have large objects burst through her costume, leaving it shredded, though she has shown herself to be able to repair it with ease.

Momo is a six feet tall woman with a mature, curvaceous physique and a light skin tone. She has long black hair, generally tied into a spiky ponytail that seems to become more flowy and slightly curly at the very bottom, with two large bangs parted on both sides of her face. Her onyx-colored eyes are big yet sharp and paired with short eyebrows usually set in a determined expression. She has enormous breasts and thick thighs. Alongside a plump, jiggly rear.

Her Hero Costume consists of a high-collared, sleeveless crimson leotard with white lines at her waist and around her arms, which is open to expose the skin from her back. She sports calf-length red boots with heels, which dip sharply down in the center, two beige utility belts around her waist, with the back holding her books on composition information, and another thinner one around the top of her chest, below her shoulders. The design choice allows her to create items from as many points in her body as possible, as her Quirk can only be used if her skin is exposed.
