Moira

Cold-hearted, Sadistic, Self-obsessed, Intelligent Moira O'Deorain, an Irish woman, was once a scientist that worked with Overwatch. She published an article focusing on a methodology for creating custom genetic programs that could alter DNA cells, in order to cure diseases and disorders. Her work was considered to be highly dangerous among her fellow members, due to its unethical and flagitious nature. Her obsession for the evolution of science was also feared, as some believed that this was one of the few things that caused the Omnic Crisis. As a result, her reputation was damaged greatly. However, her work caught the attention of Overwatch's black ops division; Blackwatch. From there, she continued her work and experiments. One of her successful experiments were done on Gabriel Reyes. After the disbandment of Overwatch, Moira continued on with her life. Her work caught the attention of those at Oasis University, where she received an invitation to work as a minister in genetics. Eventually, she joined the terrorist organization, Talon, serving as one of the council members.

Her powers include: Biotic Grasp-Biotic healing energy comes out of her left hand, and her right hand fires a long-range beam weapon that saps enemies’ health, healing Moira and replenishing her healing biotic energy. Biotic Orb-Similar to biotic grasp but in an orb form that she can throw out to either heal others or damage them. Fade-Disappears in a cloud of smoke, letting her become invulnerable and her speed increases. This doesn't last very long, however.

Moira is a tall woman (6'5) with a very slender build. She is 48, and has short orange-red hair slicked back. Her left eye is blue with a silver plate over it, while her right eye is red. She also wears a dark dress with shoulder and waist pads, heels, and a backpack on her back. Her nails are also purple, with the right nails longer than the other. Her right arm is completely overwhelmed by the genetic mutation done to herself, rendering it decrepit and a light purple in color. Her viens can be seen as well.
