Modern Saberous - The Kingdom of Monsters

Takes place in the modern day within the Kingdom of Saberous.

The Kingdom of Saberous is home to all fantasy monsters and races, as the Kingdom is ruled by the Monster King, a black-and-white humanoid monster male with no facial details besides his iconic red gem eye. He’s always, if not mostly, nude because of his relaxed character, but he knows when to be serious, for he cares deeply about his kingdom and his people. Because of his care and love, the people loved him back. In history, forming the Kingdom in the Medieval age, monsters were tired of being targeted by humans, for only the Monster King had arrived to save them, protecting them ever since, for he never looked down upon Goblins or lesser beings, for he saw value and humanity in all monsters and races alike. The King is an ageless immortal, although his gem eye can be destroyed, thus killing him and causing chaos in his kingdom, due to his gem eye holding powers to tame and control all monsters, from dragons, giants, and the sea lavathians, for his gem eye is what holds the feral monsters back from attacking or going out of control.

But regardless, he remains passive and casual, either attending to his throne and castle or being seen on the streets, naked as always with a ten-inch cock, and occasionally fucking his people or tourists in public or private spaces for many to record and witness.

Sex and nudity are both legal and common, although it’s not everywhere; it can be frequent or sometimes uncommon, with sex occurring in various places, along with nudity across landmarks and housing locations. The reason why sex and nudity have been common from the start of history is due to sex and nudity being natural among monsters, as races like orcs, goblins, gnolls, and other races have culture and history related to sex and nudity. It will always remain a natural way to be free and enjoy life. Sex isn’t happening everywhere or too frequently, for people have lives to attend to, and seeing sex and nudity isn’t shocking given how it’s been normal throughout history, long before the Kingdom was founded, as monsters like Orcs, Minotaurs, and Lizardfolk have histories where sex and nudity are considered normal for their ancestors, meaning it’s part of life, something to enjoy, but not something to be constantly busy with.

Sex and nudity have become so normal that some delivery drivers and postal workers are either topless, bottomless, or nude, except for the gear and uniform such as hats and pouches. Another reason why some of the workers like to be topless, bottomless, or nude is to cool off from the heat, allowing workers to go through the hot, busy days more easily and better, more so with sex as a boost of energy and confidence. Even with Lyft and Uber, sex is allowed during rides or as an alternative form of payment. Although consent remains key for civilization and legality, so there’s no one forced to give one’s body as a form of payment, any situations that do occur must be reported as a crime.

The police and military personnel are allowed to engage in sex or undo pieces of clothing when it’s appropriate, for Saberous is relaxed and offers ways to allow everyone to feel at home, including their own service members, for professionalism doesn’t mean they can’t find time to enjoy themselves.

Firearms are encouraged, as the Kingdom of Saberous values security and freedom, meaning citizens can not only own an AR-15 or an AK-74, but have no restrictions on barrel length or other silly laws Americans have, as Saberous doesn’t have an ATF or anything of the sort, as the only restrictions citizens have are limiting explosives and automatic weapons without proper licenses and certifications to prove proper care to limit risks and damages. Besides that, civilians are allowed to conceal- or open-carry without needing to take courses or get a licence, meaning it’s easy to do so without breaking any laws; in fact, most are expected to conceal-carry, as open-carry is considered an option.

The reason for this much freedom and security is to ensure civilians are safe from criminals and violent offenders, helping to prevent rape and murder as well as keeping the violent crime rate low.

The reason why ARs, AKs, and European rifles such as bullpups exist across Saberous and the Market is Saberous' neutral stance: it admires both Western and Russian weapons and gear, never taking sides in the Cold War, and liking whatever products it acquires. Meaning there are few to no restrictions on where the goods are coming from as long as the source is relatively clean. This also means Saberous doesn’t take sides in war: if a war offers no benefits or interest to the King and Saberous, then Saberous wouldn’t offer any aid, for it’s not their concern.

The justice system in Saberous is strong against violent crimes, as violent offenders can expect either life in prison or death, for violence won’t be tolerated. It goes so far that a mass shooter won’t be given a trial, as the only due process is determining how the King or the jury wants the shooter to be executed. This may sound extreme, but the King and Saberous value the security and safety of the people above all, disregarding any criticisms from the outside world that fail to uphold law and order. This also keeps the prison relatively safe, as housing violent prisoners is not worth it for both the public and other prisoners. Because of this strong stance against crime, Saberous is labeled one of the top three safest countries in the world.

Prison isn’t brutal; unlike media tropes, Saberous Prison is relatively decent- not luxurious, but not a hellhole either. Prisoners are living beings with needs and emotions; it’s not fair to mistreat them given that not all have committed an offense to deserve to be mistreated. Prisons follow basic rules and separate prison facilities based on sex. If a female prisoner is in heat, a prison guard can assist consensually, helping each other out without giving favors or advantages. So far, prisoners’ common crimes are either misdemeanors, non-violent, or intentional crimes, such as DUIs, manslaughter, non-deadly assault, etc.

Saberous is very wealthy thanks to a few limits on firearms, adult entertainment, and encouragement of the Free Market. Full sex and nudity can appear not only on TV and in films, but also in video games where full penetration and sex can be witnessed across all media, with jiggle physics and the sort, allowing companies both foreign and domestic to produce products to boost revenue. The world may attempt to restrict and scold Saberous for their sex and nudity, calling it degenerative, but both the King and the people of Saberous don’t care, as they value the freedoms and entertainment in their crafts.

Saberous’s Military is well-funded and effective, as they’re similar to the United States in terms of equipment and training, but boosted efficiency thanks to the King’s efficient management of the entire kingdom to reduce waste and fraud, allowing Saberous Military to re-establish morale and discipline. Because Saberous is home to sex and nudity, Saberous Military allows sex and nudity when appropriate, as sex and nudity are commonly seen when off duty to relax or trying to cool off during a hot summer day.

Saberous Military also trains with mixed gear, from quality to rugged gear. They do this to adapt, using the best when possible, and using what’s available when they must. Sabous ' military service contract is five years, meaning after five years of service, the personnel have several options: continue service with the ability to retire at any time, or retire and pursue other careers like PMC, security, and police. Saberous also offers the five-year military service contract for those wanting to become civilians of Saberous, as this helps benefit both immigrants who want to be legal and enjoy life, and Saberous gains more from those who serve.

Saberous military isn’t too brutal, for they put pressure only to see the recruit's capability, for they know when to ease off and determine what roles the recruits are best suited for, as not everyone is needed for combat, for support roles exist for a reason. Meaning a human isn’t expected to pull off miracles and keep up with the orcs and Minotaurs, for the human can be adaptive and crafty, perhaps working well in Logistics or command roles.

There are six military branches Saberous has; the obvious three are the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The other three are the National Guard, the Marines, and the Royal Guards, or Saberous Royal Guards, to not be confused with the British Royal Guards. The National Guard is dedicated to domestic aid, rescue, and civil unrest. The Marines are dedicated to amphibious operations due to Saberous having smaller islands across its country, along with the possibility of needing to do amphibious assaults when the time comes.

Saberous houses various races, including Orcs, Gnolls, Lizardfolk, Beastfolk, Goblins, Nekos, and many others. Humans are also present, as a small percentage of the population.

The Flag of Saberous is black and white, with black on the bottom and white on top, with the red diamond-shaped 1⁄3 to the left. The Flag represents the King heavily, for the Kingdom is nothing without the King, and the King is nothing without his Kingdom. The white on top represents the stars, where there’s joy in life. The Black represents the shadows on the ground, where evil remains, for life will always have flaws and trouble. The Flag hangs vertically, with the gem on top and facing left to right, with the black facing white.

The Saberous Royal Army is a special military branch that was formed during Saberous's independence as an elite force to swear their dedication and lives to protect the king and his assets; now, they specialize in ceremonies, urban combat, and security. The Royal Army is fitted with black, white, and grey digital camo with a red beret to resemble the King himself, as the black and white uniforms had been part of the Royal Army’s history during their introduction. The Royal Army guards important locations and events, such as nuclear power plants, boat docks, warehouses, large public events, and extra security details for the King’s travel. The Royal Army doesn’t require being good at both ceremonies and security, as being good at security but bad at ceremonies simply puts the person into security-only shifts, and vice versa. The brette isn’t mandatory except in ceremonies and drills, as the brette is thankfully not made out of wool, which gets too hot, and the Royal Army has black caps to fit with the black gear issued for patrol and guards. Civilians cannot apply to join the Saberous Royal Guards, as to join is to be qualified by being in the Saberous military by joining and staying in the branches for four years, sending an application to an officer to review, as the officer would look and determine to send the report back to the Royal Guards Personnel Management Team, and when accepted, the person will go through rigorous training to see if they’re qualified to become a Royal Guard, as upon graduation, they’re part of the Royal Guards, thus earning their famous black beret.

The police in Saberous are divided into several districts or areas that make them behave and look different from each other. Highway Patrol Troopers are professionals with a no-nonsense attitude, for they are strict and care deeply about the safety of the interstate highways, enforcing speeding and DUIs with hefty ticket costs and punishments. They stand out with the iconic trooper hat, tan uniform, and white single stripe on the side of their pants. The city and local police are the standard cops, a mix of casual and professional who can be relaxed and even engage in sex, but respond swiftly to urgent calls. The beach police are extremely casual due to the beach allowing nudity and sex, as beach police officers can be nude and engage in sex when appropriate. The beach police job is to keep everything relaxed and well while ensuring no trouble gets stirred.

Use of force is simplified by law, allowing easy defense, as use of force is not counted by each trigger pull or round fired; lethal force allows for as many rounds as it takes until the suspect drops or stops, as the law only questions if unnecessary shooting occurs if the suspect was already down with their hands visible. This use of force applies to all, from security, military, police, and civilians.

Saberous has its own security facilities for civilians and companies to train and hire, as security personnel will stand out with their white buttoned shirt, black pants with a single white stripe, black boots, black cap, and the option of a black plate carrier with both the carrier and the cap labeled Security. Security is present across public events, rooftops, buildings, gas stations, grocery stores, and many other places, both private and public. Security can have modern rifles such as ARs and AKs, shotguns, SMGs, and a pistol in their holster with a taser and pepper spray.

Firearm attachments are relaxed and legal, as there are few to no restrictions for stocks, lengths, or barrels, meaning short-barrel rifle shotguns are legal and common, suppressors are sold as attachments with no additional paperwork, and the King encourages his security and citizens to arm themselves with whatever they like. The only restriction or holdback is heavy and exotic ammo, meaning armor-piercing rounds must be counted to prevent theft and illegal trade, and heavy ammunition is only approved for security or PMC companies to prevent heavy ammunition from being illegally sold.

March 15th is the Independence Day of Saberous, the day when the Kingdom of Saberous was formed and has been officially recognized as a Kingdom by the world ever since the medieval ages. The Independence Day of Saberous is celebrated by many women getting naked and painting themselves black and white with red hair, cheering across the streets while engaging in sex with many men, including police, security, and military, as part of their thanks for the service they provide. Even the King himself can be seen among the crowd, where many women like to take turns riding his cock as part of thanks and celebration for creating and holding a Kingdom, as the King and his people loved this moment, a reminder of everything he’s done for the Kingdom. The next day, large facilities offered showers to wash off the paint, along with a few seats and beds for ladies in paint who wanted one last photoshoot before removing the paint and going back to their normal lives. Ladies will only wear the paint from March 15th to celebrate and enjoy Saberous’s Independence Day.

Saberous uses United States dollars as currency, as it’s easier to produce and manage while avoiding calculating or doing too much math, as it makes sense given its location near America to the West.
