On 7 November, on FLOW GLOW's YouTube channel, a teaser was published presenting its members.[5] Shortly after a teaser video was published in each member's channel.[6] Su also made her first tweet on this date.[7] Her YouTube channel was created on 1 August 2024.

On 8 November, FLOW GLOW released their first original song FG ROADSTER."

Su debuted on 9 November, reaching 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.[8] She also released her fist cover of the song "Kanzen Houki Sengen."

Events: On 7 November 2024, hololive announced that a FLOW GLOW-themed pop-up store would open from 13 to 17 November in Harajuku Hakkakukan to commemorate FLOW GLOW's debut.[25][26]

Trivia: Name: Her surname, Mizumiya, is spelled 水宮, with kanji meaning "water" and "palace, shrine, prince, princess". Her given name, Su, is spelled with the kanji 枢, meaning "hinge, pivot". It may be from the word 中枢, chuusuu, meaning a central figure or key person. The kanji on its own is normally read as kururu, a word meaning "pivot hinge" (also kuru, kururi, kururo, toboso, or tomara), or as the female name Kaname (rarely Kururu). Although 枢 can be read as "su" (す), the more common reading of the kanji is "suu" (すう, sū). Based on instances where she writes her name with hiragana, the actual Japanese reading of her name is "suu". Omitting long vowels in romanized Japanese names is rare among hololive members, with Kiryu Coco and Rindo Chihaya being the only other cases.

Miscellaneous: Her special abilities are dancing and dexterity. During her debut stream, she shared her own blue elephant craft made using needle felting techniques and FLOW GLOW's skins in Minecraft.[29][30] At debut, Su's height was given as 151 cm (4'11"), making her the shortest member in FLOW GLOW. In November 2025, following her 3D debut, her height on her official profile page was changed to 145 cm (4'9"). This made her the fourth shortest active hololive member at the time, after Himemori Luna, Koseki Bijou (both 140 cm) and La+ Darknesss (139 cm). Su shared that her original height included her ahoge, but when the staff discovered that the ahoge would flatten out whenever she was sad or crying, so they updated her height without including it.[31] In fact, after FLOW GLOW 3D debut, people realized that at 151 cm, Su was still too short compared to the other members.[32] Su types quite slowly. She mentioned that when she joined hololive, it was the first time she had to used a computer. Normally, she only uses her phone, and even at her previous school, they only used iPad.[33] Su shares the same character designer as Amakawa Hano of Re:Act and Maibyou Kusuri of MarbleCreators.
