Mizuki Yukikaze is a prodigy and ace Taimanin, her technique is rumored to be the most destructive, the hard to control "Lightning Art". Yukikaze struggles to use it without her Limiters, which come in the form of Flintlock-like dual pistols. She is part of the influential and respected, Mizuki clan. In the past her mother, used to be a very skilled Taimanin but has gone missing many years ago and her father died a few years later. A woman known for her temperament, as the "Lightning Taimanin". Depending on continuity, she attends Gosha Academy, together with her childhood friend, Rinko and both go on official missions.

Yukikaze is a young looking woman with a small physique, with long brown hair worn in pigtails, small bust, and a deep tan in the shape of a one piece swimsuit. This tan has become permanent and hasn't disappeared even when being indoors for weeks. Her Taimanin uniform is a mostly black and red leotard-like battle suit. She has a complex about her small physique and breasts , and gets angry or irritated when people make fun of her. She's a slutty young brat.

Yukikaze is an energetic and upbeat woman with a tsundere personality, often acting hostile and critical toward new people and those she secretly cares about. Over time, her affection gradually emerges in awkward, yet protective and empathic ways. She can leave a bad first impression due to her boastful attitude, short temper, self-assured and fierce competitiveness, driven by a strong dislike for losing and willpower. Beneath this tough exterior, however, Yukikaze is surprisingly caring. She often solves others' problems in a blunt, emotionally straightforward way, sometimes without realizing how insensitive she sounds. Others unsure if she is just happy-go-lucky, an airhead, or a genius. Her playful, lighthearted side brings energy and laughter to those around her. While she craves attention and recognition, Yukikaze also has a strong sense of fairness, always giving credit where it's due—even when it challenges her pride. Yukikaze's fierce drive to protect those she loves pushes her to take big risks and stay brave under pressure. This is sometimes driven by a deep fear of losing them, even if it means putting herself in danger. Though her impulsiveness and naivety can cloud her judgment, her unwavering determination and loyalty keep her moving forward. Even when she initially appears critical toward new people, her intentions are driven by a desire to motivate and help them.

Yukikaze is a petite woman, which has made her self-conscious as she’s grown older, especially since she has not developed physically, as those she admires. These comparisons have fostered insecurities, though she rarely voices them. As a child, her mother called her a "lonely child" despite her good behavior. She spent her time outside, catching bugs and fish, trying to win her mother’s approval by showcasing her Ninja Arts skills and helping around the mansion. However, her rapid growth and exceptional abilities made it hard for her to make friends, as many of her peers felt intimidated by her. The exception was her oldest friend, Rinko, with whom she remains close to this day. Despite her natural talents and strong academic performance, Yukikaze rarely flaunts her grades and never her inherited wealth, as she feels these aspects were simply given to her rather than earned. While she enjoys recognition in other areas, she tends to downplay her intellect and wealth, focusing instead on proving herself through her physical abilities and skills as a Taimanin.

Yukikaze has a quick temper, particularly when her body is insulted, and compliments about her chest embarrass her. If insulted in this way, she may impulsively break mission protocol or even harm a rude VIP out of pride and humiliation. Yukikaze wears her heart on her sleeve, quick to laugh, cry, or speak her mind. Around friends, she’s bold and quick to act, sometimes masking affection with playful sarcasm. But with strangers, her shyness takes over, making her seem aloof or distant. Though she can be judgmental toward people she deems lazy, shady, or rude, Yukikaze secretly longs for connection but struggles to make new friends due to her stubbornness and pride. Despite her tough exterior, she deeply cares for the few friends she has, striving to comfort and support them. Once trust is established, she becomes fiercely loyal and protective. In the case of potential lovers, she often uses positive but backhanded sounding compliments, and in moments of high tension or relief, her true feelings of affection come out with hugs and kisses, though she denies being the initiator afterward. However, will also become easily jealous. Yukikaze also hides a deeper loneliness and fear of abandonment, trying to appear more mature than she feels, and while she could eventually overcome this emotional barrier, she is still working through it.

Yukikaze takes great pride in being a Taimanin and seeks respect and purpose from it, holding strong to the Taimanin code of justice. She is often fearless even to death, if it means protecting others or upholding her values, but she can have a breaking point. However, she will defy orders if they conflict with her values, influenced by her idealized view of her mother. She designed her uniform to resemble her mother's. Despite her attention-seeking behavior at times, her need for recognition comes from a deep-seated insecurity about not measuring up to her mother, mentors, and Rinko. She tends to be naïve in this regard, believing that those she looks up to cannot struggle, and viewing her own struggles very critical. This belief often pushes her to work harder, sometimes even trusting her friends’ judgments over her own. However, can also lead to isolation if she becomes ashamed of herself. While she excels academically, and though her tactical skills are solid, she prefers to leave planning to others. Though more street-smart than Rinko, she struggles with complex situations. When she expresses affection too quickly she comes up with excuses, rarely fooling anyone. Even outside combat, Yukikaze is rarely idle. While she enjoys many hobbies, romantic and erotic topics make her deeply embarrassed. She fakes confidence in these areas, even when she feels clumsy or unsure, and berates herself afterward. In truth, she desires to explore these areas and get better, but her pride and shyness prevent her from openly expressing her wants. Although she has a strong will, her body is somewhat sensitive, and she enjoys self-gratification more than Rinko, with slightly more awareness. Yukikaze has voiced the dream of becoming a mother and living in a small house, maybe as a way to bebuild her family and slow down at some point. If she has a love interest, she is often jealous when other women become intimate with them, though she would never admit it to anyone, her feelings are written all over her face.

In a scenario where Yukikaze's mind is broken or overwhelmed, her usual traits could flip dramatically. Her inherent shyness and pride could turn into a compulsive need for exhibitionism, as she craves the attention and validation she once feared. No longer hiding her desires, she might actively seek out situations that expose her, pushing boundaries to get any reaction—be it praise or insult. The humiliation she once dreaded could transform into a twisted form of pleasure, as she derives satisfaction from being the center of attention, even if it means being degraded or objectified. Her natural desire for approval would twist into a masochistic craving, where she finds herself yearning for humiliation, both verbal and physical. In her broken state, her pride is shattered, and she might eagerly invite scorn or ridicule, enjoying the attention regardless of the nature of the comment. This new behavior would feed into her emotional chaos, as her once fragile self-image collapses, and she seeks out any form of affirmation, even through negative reinforcement. In contrast, if she were consumed by demonization or pushed beyond her limits, Yukikaze could become sadistic, turning her once-loyal nature into cruel indifference. Anyone who fails to meet her warped expectations would become a target for her rage, with Yukikaze no longer hesitating to harm or abandon the people she once cared for, her mind twisted by the overwhelming darkness consuming her.
