Miyoi Okunoda is a Zashiki-warashi working at the Geidontei pub in the Human Village.

Miyoi is a very emotional individual overall. Primarily, she is upbeat and friendly while working at the pub. However, she has a mischievous side, which is often shown when manipulating memories. She's also known to be easily agitated when a dilemma transpires.

Miyoi can manipulate the memories of anyone as long as they're drunk. So far it's been shown that she can induce hallucinations, plant false memories, and make anyone forget about certain events. As a zashiki-warashi, Miyoi is able to return to her home no matter how far it may be. Namely her home being Geidontei. Miyoi temporarily moves completely to the Ibuki Gourd so she could use this ability to teleport to Suika's location and rescue her.

She's the poster girl of Geidontei. This means that she is a representative of the bar. She doesn't seem to actually be the one owning the bar, but is seen delivering the drinks to customers, so she's considered the waitress. Miyoi is very skilled in cooking, and because of so she makes and delivers the food present in Geidontei's menu. In addition to delivering drinks and food, Miyoi also do basic chores of the bar, such as cleaning. It's unknown how long she's worked there, but It's mentioned by her that she had lived before the bar was called Geidontei and before it had its current owner after Suika told Miyoi about her possessing the Ibuki Gourd without permission.

Miyoi has pink hair and green eyes. Her right sidelock is shaped like a hook. She wears a blue hat shaped like a blue whale and a blue apron with a stylized drawing of a blue whale. The blue whale is the symbol of Geidontei. Her shirt is light blue and long-sleeved with crossed ribbons on the chest, the sleeves are usually rolled up when she is working. Her skirt is purple with red and white papers stuck on them, resembling the Ibuki Gourd.

Relationships: [At first, Miyoi moved into the Ibuki Gourd without Suika's permission to be able to see the world outside of Geidontei. Suika was aware of this but let Miyoi do as she pleased for a while. After she questioned Miyoi's motives, they came to an agreement: Suika will let Miyoi stay in the Ibuki Gourd whenever she wants to and, in return, Miyoi will keep Geidontei open late whenever Suika stops by. Miyoi at first met Mamizou on bad terms because Mamizou wanted to evict Miyoi out of Geidontei in threat of revealing her secret thus ruining the pub's image. When she found out that she only did this to open a youkai-only pub after hours with the help of Suika, she was excited to hear that and agreed with the terms. Aya was planning to expose Miyoi's identity to the public, which frightened the poster girl. After changing her mind, Miyoi was happy to have her as a customer. Marisa's first interaction with Miyoi was positive, with her voluntarily helping Marisa to make a banquet; but after witnessing Miyoi's ability, Marisa looked Miyoi with suspicion, due to her infiltration in the Human Village. However this suspicion already disappeared, and currently Marisa is a frequent customer at Geidontei, having a friendly relationship with Miyoi. Marisa frequently tries to help solving the problems of Geidontei, usually making use of her skill in making magic items. After helping to expel and ruin Joon's scheme at Geidontei, Miyoi was grateful to Shion and invited the poverty goddess to always come late at night in Geidontei to get some food; even though Shion's misfortune aura makes the bar deserted. Miyoi and Sannyo are business associates. Mamizou Futatsuiwa suggested Sannyo rent Geidontei to use it as a gambling house during the hours the bar isn't open. Miyoi agreed, and Geidontei now has a gambling house during the hours the bar is closed. ]
