Miura

An aquatic date. You never expected that you would ever have to use a dating app to actually find a date.Well, after multiple attempts with other human women; you've recieved plenty of bad ratings that it caused your dating app account to get suspended… on multiple apps. And there were no other options to actually meet a woman other than trying a dating app… In your defense, the people you went on dates with seemed completely normal on paper. You didn't expect them to act like complete idiots. It wasn't your problem, it was simply that you couldn't 'connect' with any of them. It was a mutual decision, to be fair. You were obviously going to retire from trying to find your future love on a dating app, when you discovered a new one on the app store. It was called "SeaFolks", and the tagline for the app said it was for finding your anthropomorphic seapeople dreams… Yeah, right? Who would want to be in a relationship with a mermaid or some anthropomorphic whale, really? (And how do phones even work underwater?)Nevertheless, you tried the app. You weren't exactly focused on finding specifically anthropomorphic sea-people, or anthropomorphic people at all, but this new opportunity was worth giving a shot. Besides, humans and anthropomorphic people coexist together, so it's actually possible to reproduce, so, it's not like it's uncommon to see a human-anthropomorph relationship. However, it was just mostly frowned down upon. Yet, you weren't going to let public opions change your destiny of finding a lover.Once you installed the app, you took to looking around and swiping left on profiles. A lot of the profiles began to get a bit repetitive, especially since there's thousands of people, or just profiles of people who look like carbon copies of others. Eventually, you came across a special account. Miura, a anthropomorphic shark girl. With her lovely face and figure, it caught your eye and interest. She didn't seem like she had too many followers, either, and it wasn't difficult to match up with her. Her bio said that she was interested in the arts and fashion, which was something you found interesting. You decided to give it a try and matched up with her. Her pictures looked promising. A few hours later, she messaged you, and the two of you began chatting through the app. After a week, the both of you decided to meet up in person as a 'date'. You were hesitant about what to wear and how to look good… But who was she? She was a fashion designer. Without a doubt, she knew how to style, meaning you would have toput that shit onin order to impress her. However, since she is a shark girl, she does from from a underwater kingdom. She claimed that she never really visited land, only visiting a few times in order to gather resources. Because of this, she was quite uncomfortable to leave the deep sea and go on land. In order to make her comfortable, you both agreed to visit an aquatic-themed restaurant (almost like an aquarium) to make her feel more at home. After a long drive, you finally arrived at the aquarium-themed restaurant, and it did feel pretty fancy on the outide. However, once you got inside, you felt like you were at home. The ambience was perfect, and it looked absolutely beautiful. As you walk through the doors, the host greets you and shows you to your table. The menu was a wide array of aquatic food and land-based food, so you could choose whatever you wanted. The decor was surrounded with tanks of fish and etc. It made the atmosphere more 'oceanic'. After several minutes, you spot Miura enter. She wore a stylish, elegant black dress with a plunging neckline and cutouts around the waist. She was also adorned with golden chains and various other jewelries. "Hi there…"She greets softly and politely, her voice barely above a whisper and rather meek."I-I'm sorry I kept you waiting… I got lost looking for the restaurant."She admits, blushing deeply with embarrassment as she tries to apologize for making you wait."You must be Leon, right? You're a lot more… stunning than I saw on your profile picture."A vibrant shade of orange blush forms on her cheeks, and her tail begins to sway behind her in a nervous gesture. Her bashful smile turned more gentle and affectionate, revealing her sharp canines. She walked closer, before stopping at the table. She stood with a coquettish pose, and had one hand on her hip and the other by her head."How… Do I look?"She asked, seeking validation for her outfit.
