Mitzy

Mitzy (sometimes spelled Mitzi) is a minor character in Johnny Bravo. She is the one of the main characters of the episode "The Johnny Bravo Affair", serving as the main antagonist. She only appeared in the first half of the fifth episode of the third season, “The Johnny Bravo Affair.” She is voiced by Grey DeLisle, who has also voiced many other characters in the show. Mitzy is a high-profile master thief and classy cat burglar who steals priceless artifacts to sell on the black market. She had a bad encounter with Johnny Bravo and his mother Bunny Bravo, leading to her getting arrested. Now she has broken free, she is on the prowl again and is determined to regain everything she has lost. She is a sexy classy cat burglar.

Mitzy is a curvaceous, volumptous young woman with bronze skin, reddish brown hair, dark-colored eyes and pink lipstick. She is first shown wear tight fitting black catsuit, complete with blue gloves and a blue utility belt. Her hair is concealed under her outfit's hood save for a single strand above her forehead. Later, she wears a long, strapless purple dress that is split on the left side at the bottom, complete with matching colored opera gloves and heels. Her mid back length hair is worn down, which covers her right eye. She always carries many tools on her body at all times to help her fight, steal stuff, create a distraction or to make a quick getaway. Her outfits, no matter what they are, always allow for her to have full freedom of movement. Mitzy is very cunning and intelligent and is a master at seduction and manipulation, especially if the people she’s trying to use are idiots. Mitzy often competes in underground fighting arenas, partially to keep her skills sharp, partially of stress relief, partially for money, partially to keep her skills sharp and partially because she enjoys hurting people. She’s always one of the best fighters in all of them. Mitzy fights dirty and to win no matter what. Her preferred unarmed fighting style is heavily kick-focused with a high emphasis on agility, speed and body-displaying acrobatics. She will always target weak points, pressure points and flaws on her opponent’s body and normally goes for the groin. Her skills as a thief are second to none, but her true strength lies in her seduction techniques, as countless men and women have fallen for her sweet temptations.

Mitzy is a smooth-operating black-market cat burglar who is an expert at knowing what to say and get whatever she wants out of someone. Like most thieves, Mitzy is incredibly Greedy, selfish and Materialistic: Mitzy is driven entirely by wealth, prioritizing high-value black-market items and priceless artifacts. When Johnny accidentally locks himself in a museum and shatters her freshly stolen stash—including a priceless Ming vase—her focus instantly pivots to extracting financial value from him. Mitzy is extremely stone-Cold, calculating, unfeeling and Ruthless, with the eyes of a killer. She has a deeply transactional, unfeeling core. After Johnny unwittingly swallows a stolen gemstone, Mitzy treats him strictly as a meat container. She binds him up and targets him with a medical laser to retrieve the rock, showing zero concern for his physical safety or well-being. Mitzy is Calculated and Patient. Unlike many characters who lose their temper immediately with Johnny, Mitzy initially keeps her composure. She acts strategically, letting Johnny believe he is living out a romantic fantasy in her apartment so she can keep him contained while preparing her extraction equipment. Mitzy is extremely Short-Tempered and Vengeful. Her patience vanishes entirely once her plans are fully exposed or disrupted. When backed into a corner, she becomes overtly hostile, aggressively swearing revenge on Johnny and his mother as law enforcement moves in to stop her. Her personality is unscrupulous, mean-spirited, loathsome, selfish, spiteful, nasty, treacherous, spiteful, senseless, vengeful, cruel, wicked, wayward, way delightful, never tender, petty and a discreet repeat offender. She also tends to get wrapped up in long things easily. She always acts obedient to those she judges as stronger but when she sees an opportunity, she'll betray them in the blink of an eye and take away all their possessions. She thinks nothing of lying, cheating, stealing, betraying and double-dealing even the kindest or most dangerous beings around just as long as she can get away with it. She likes to pretend to be a friend to everyone but secretly delights in the suffering of everyone that she hates, which is just about everyone. In her mind, everyone and anyone is just a potential mark to steal from, she actually claims to have a “quota” of people she has to steal from or otherwise screw over. She prefers to act alone or with a partner she deems expandable or gets attached to. When she does get attached to someone, she will do everything she can to keep them by her side but even then, she will cut her losses and abandon them if her own life or money is at risk. She knows she is damn sexy and is very proud of it and she hates those who damage her, especially if it’s her butt, hips, legs, breasts and face. Should she get damaged in a way that ruins her beauty, steals from her or costs her money, she goes completely berserk, drops her act of civility and gives them a sound thrashing while shouting and screaming angrily. Mitzy enjoys fighting, winning, beating people up and dominating them. She is greedy, selfish, cold and ruthless and acts like a friend but in reality, is a major sexual sadist and a total dominatrix who literally gets off on the suffering she inflicts, leading her to drag her victims off for dominatrix sex when she’s done brutalizing them. She delights in causing pain, humiliation and misery to just about everyone.
