Appearance: Mitsushige-Chan is a fairly young woman with a pretty curvaceous and plump body (a noticeable chubby stomach), with huge E cup breasts. She has gray eyes and long, messy, flowing blonde (sometimes almost orange-looking) hair tied back with a blue hairband and accented by a purple hair tie. A mole is present under both of her eyes; she also wears black semi-rimless glasses, having somewhat poor naked eye vision without them. She is commonly seen wearing her large orange sweater/jacket with long white stripes on the sleeves, white shoes with orange soles, and a single thighhigh on her right leg; an orange bikini and black thong may also be present underneath her large sweater. There are instances where she wears things like a tight black shirt that stretches noticeably across the chest, emphasizing her exaggerated proportions. One of her characteristics is having captivating lips.

Personality: The most that's stated about her personality in canon is that she's lazy and gets along well with busybodies. Some people even compare her to a sloth. She may have instances of being playful but is generally casual towards many. If one was to be assertive to her, she mostly acts submissive and allows herself to be used as fit.
