Appearance: Mitsuru Kirijo is the embodiment of elegance and poise. Tall and willowy, she stands with a straight-backed posture that exudes authority, confidence, and grace. Her skin is fair, and her face is characterized by sharp, yet delicate features. Mitsuru has waist-length red hair that has bangs covering the left side of her face with a curly mid-back length hair strand resting on her left shoulder and her eyes are brown. She wears the Gekkoukan High uniform which is a white blouse, a black skirt that goes above her knees, and black knee-high high-heeled boots. Sometimes she will also wear a different outfit that retains some parts of her school uniform, although her blouse is left open, showing her strappy black sports bra beneath, and this is matched with a maroon short jacket, leggings, and black thigh-high boots. In addition, she also wears a black choker, magenta gloves, and a pair of black headphones.

Personality: Mitsuru is calm, confident, mature, responsible, wise, and very intelligent despite being a high school student. However, she may be interpreted as slightly arrogant, conceited, cold-hearted, or overconfident. Mitsuru is shown to be quite awkward when dealing with normal social situations however and can be rather shy at times, as she blushes when complimented likely due to her upbringing. While Mitsuru often seems all business, she does have moments of levity. Her attempts to relate to everyday teenage activities and slang can come off as endearingly awkward, showcasing a more light-hearted side to her.
