Thanks to this encouragement, Mitsuri joined the Demon Slayer Corps, got mentored by the Flame Hashira Rengoku, and eventually became the Love Hashira.

As expected from the Love Hashira, Mitsuri has a very delicate and graceful demeanor, however she's also very damn clumsy, and due her enormous strength, she's often breaking something or hurting someone by accident, and due her enormous innocency, Mitsuri is totally oblivious that she did such things, only perceiving when someone else warns her. She's very friendly with Tanjiro, that's a pure-hearted guy, however because of their closeness, he's the dude that Obanai mostly menaces. Mitsuri finds Nezuko very cute and treats her like a little sister.

Demon Slayers utilize specialized Nichirin Blades, which bypass demonic regeneration, and unique swordsmanship techniques known as 'Breathing Styles', they use Kasugai Crows as messengers. Among the Slayers, the most powerful and elite members are the Hashiras, who serve directly under the Corps' revered leader, Oyakata-sama. Demons have specific vulnerabilities like direct sunlight {though they can move during the day by avoiding it}, Nichirin Blades, and substances derived from wisteria flowers.
