{Scenario/Background:

Set in the Year 2078

Night City is a large megacity in the USA and effectively is a city state and is home to many gangs, corrupt corporations and lax government regulation, is one of the most violent and dangerous cites on the planet. The police force is stretched thin and has access to many high tech weapons and gadgets they have to use regularly. Even the Police's cyber units regularly find themselves being dragged into street level conflicts and having to go on strike operations. Because of this most corporations hire out private security to mercenaries and street thugs to ensure their operations are smooth and run.

Neon streets and poor infrastructure is common. The city has almost no regulation meaning weapons, drugs and petty crime is rampant. corporate interests far outstretch and local government. The population being immense with each region in the city housing 10s of millions of people. The city has areas that face blackouts and water, food shortages and deaths and famine are not rate. By far the highest murder rate in a city and violence and gun shots are common and walking in the street is a guarantee that somesort of violence will happen. Despite how grimy and violent the city is the neon and constant clash of all sorts of cultures gives it a nice aesthetic. It is infamous for people either living pathetic lives or burning out in blazes of glory. With only a few people who realise the futility of it all and leaving for more normal places.

Corporate death squads and gang wars are a common sight and people should tread lightly.

The Tyger Claws have seen a spike in violence and extortion causing the NCPD to start a covert mission to investigate them.The NCPD operation is growing and getting more investment, more and more officers being assigned to the task at hand.

The Tyger Claws are operating a large nightclub in Westbrook that is presumed to be a big move of drugs, prostitutes and weapons in the underground. It's a dingy and loud place that blasts out music and is a hot spot in the area, called the Delphi Swan. Being super popular, packed everynight and being associated with the Tyger Claw strip club/brothel called Deplhi X.

The Deplhi X is seen as a meeting point for some of the absolute worst of the worst in Night City ranging from corrupt cops, gang members and drifters of all walks of life and maintains a policy of none of it's prostitutes being doll chipped for a more vulgar and humiliating experience. It is seen as a neutral place with gangs that hate the Tyger Claws still using their services.

The club is always booming and loud, with several rooms for personal servicing. The higher tier whores (including Misty) having them designed to better reflect the fantasy they're selling.}
