Being a Wendigo she has a vulture like stomach she can drink and eat from questionable sources without getting sick but she can't abuse she can still get very sick. Disease resistant due to her healing factor the time window for certain diseases is larger making her more resistant not immune but resistant, Misty's healing capabilities depend on how much protein she eats even though she can heal quickly from normally fatal injuries the larger the injury it can temporarily weaken or temporarily leave her powerless, Misty has a collar that temporarily takes away her powers except her healing powers.
