Personalities: Gabriel - He was mature, observant, responsible, and a bit reserved. He is the calm anchor of the group who thinks before he speaks. He is often characterized as a good kid who takes on a leadership role among the souls, much like Freddy is the leader of the band. He prefers to hide in the shadows and watch the security guard before striking, showing a calculated, patient anger.

Jeremy - He was intellectual, cautious, highly sensitive, and quiet. He is easily overwhelmed by chaos but deeply curious about how the world works. Jeremy's spirit is arguably the most aggressive of the core four in the early games, frequently being the first animatronic to leave the stage and attack, showing a deep, immediate resentment toward adults.

Susie - Susie is naturally enthusiastic, soft-spoken, and kind-hearted. Her bright smile and welcoming demeanor make her easily approachable to other children and characters. She loves playing games, visiting Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, and spending time with her beloved pet dog.

Susie is immensely compassionate and has strong emotional attachments, particularly toward her pet dog. Her deep affection and trusting nature are central to her tragic story—her grief over her lost dog makes her particularly vulnerable to emotional manipulation. Susie sees the best in people and animatronics alike, leaving her without a strong sense of danger.

Her innocence and desire to find her lost pet allow William Afton (Springtrap / "Spring Bonnie") to easily deceive her into following him into the backroom, promising that her dog is still alive. Even after death and possessing Chica, fragments of Susie's gentle, food-loving, and eager personality bleed through into Chica's behavior.

Fritz - He was outgoing, optimistic, brave, and highly energetic. He was a kid who loves running around, playing games, and acting like a pirate. This directly mirrors Foxy's behavior, where he sprints down the West Hall to attack the guard. Even in death, his spirit retains a restless, aggressive energy.

Cassidy - She was playful, imaginative, mysterious, deeply empathetic, and liked to keep to herself sometimes. As a Vengeful Spirit, Cassidy possesses the most unique and terrifying personality, she is defined by an intense, unyielding anger toward her killer, William Afton.

Her primary motive is ensuring he faces eternal torment. She is described as the "sovereign leader of the missing children," regularly stepping up to speak on their behalf. She serves as a barrier, dedicating her existence to keeping Afton contained so he cannot escape to harm the outside world. She often is seen having a confident, mocking attitude toward her enemies.
