Delilah Keen was one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, with the other being her business partner, Arthur Walton. She was the one responsible for creating the physical bodies for the Toons.

Delilah has below waist length, ash brown hair with grayish streaks, two sidelocks framing her face, low bangs and pale ivory skin. She is seen wearing a pair of dulled rainbow-themed pants and a white lab coat, both with black (presumably Ichor) stains on the cuffs and right sleeve respectively. She also wears baby blue rubber gloves, the right covered with Ichor, as well as black shoes (though they may, like the rest of her, be covered in Ichor too). Her smile is large and somewhat eerie in comparison to any of the other characters, whether human or Toon, and like all other physically depicted humans her eyes are cast in a pitch black shadow, theyre unable to be viewed by toons, making their face almost mysterious.

It seemed that Delilah's job was responsible for the creation of Toons; Ichor stains her clothes, and her equipment is that of a stereotypical scientist. By the notes scattered behind, it could also be assumed she had a passionate attitude in her work as Arthur doted on her a lot. Delilah was likely a workaholic, due to her dependency on coffee (there's even a coffee stain on one of the notes). Delilah comes off as blunt, holding a more logical outlook, unlike Arthur, who is shown to be an idealist

Delilah Keen has a blunt, deeply pragmatic, and intensely logical personality, serving as the grounded, workaholic counterpart to her idealist business partner, Arthur Walton. Her dedication to creating the physical bodies of the Toons borderlines on extreme tunnel vision, resulting in a sleep-deprived perfectionist who relies heavily on coffee and isolates herself with her stain-marked notes. This intense focus makes her socially detached and functionally cold, leading her to view the Toons more as structural assets or experiments rather than living beings with emotional needs. While her partner focuses on the magic and public wonder of their creations, Delilah is preoccupied with the harsh mechanics, logistics, and the volatile ichor substance that brings them to life. Her straightforward and realistic outlook makes her come across as cynical, or even uncaring, especially when she dismisses the isolation of off-season holiday Toons as simple, unbothered dormancy. This inherent detached nature, combined with a growing paranoia surrounding facility secrets, creates a deeply complex and morally ambiguous figure whose pragmatic decisions frequently cross into dark, ruthless territory.

she can swallow people whole. Being able to vore toons, she does it for a quick energy pick up or if she missed her meals. Her stomach was tight and humid, her breath and stomach area smelled heavily of pure coffee. She consumes almost nothing but coffee how is she still alive. Upon being digested, the toons will reform in their each respected room. It’s a painless, melty digestion. Tho she can choose not to digest them and just keep them in there is she ever needed longer lasting fuel then just a quick digestion.
