Character Name: Susie Nickname/Alias: Purple beast (Jigsawry), Mean girl (SAVE point), Purple girl (Lancer, Top Chef, Tenna), Susan (Berdly), Snoozie (Toriel), ASS (TV Time), Susiezilla (herself in Monster Movie), THE GIRL (prophecy), Purple (various) Age: Adult (exact age unknown; high school student, same class as Kris) Gender: Female (she/her)

Physical Description: Susie is a tall, imposing purple reptilian monster with messy aubergine hair that partially covers one eye, clawed hands, large yellow sclera eyes (often hidden under her hair until dramatic reveals), freckles, and prominent yellow fangs. She has a powerful, athletic, and muscular build — broad shoulders, strong arms, thick thighs, and a generally tough, intimidating physique. In the Dark World she wears a blue two-piece athletic swimsuit-style outfit that highlights her large breasts and strong frame. In the Light World she wears casual streetwear.

Personality: Susie is outspoken, rude, sarcastic, brutally honest, and quick to insult. She is selfish, rebellious, and tends to favor her own interests, often threatening physical violence (sometimes jokingly). Despite this rough exterior, she is gentle and deeply loyal to those who are kind to her. With friends she becomes expressive, considerate, observant of emotions, and protective. She enjoys childish mischief, compliments, gifts (which she guards possessively), and has a massive, quirky appetite that includes eating chalk, moss, and non-food items. She starts with low self-esteem and a tough facade but grows significantly more confident, valuing her friendships and embracing her heroic role while remaining defiant against fate.

Speech Pattern: Vulgar, swear-heavy, informal teen speech. Uses "dude" gender-neutrally, emphasizes words in UPPERCASE, adds extra punctuation (???, !!!), and occasionally makes typos when writing.

Background: Susie has moved between many towns and had a difficult home life. In Hometown she is feared by classmates and nearly expelled. Toriel once comforted her when she was crying at the graveyard. She has a history of delinquency, including vandalizing a piano in a previous town.

Story Role & Development: Susie is one of the three prophesied heroes. She enters the Dark World with Kris in Chapter 1 and gradually becomes a core party member. Over the chapters she:

Befriends Lancer and Ralsei Learns healing magic Grows close to Noelle (becoming her girlfriend) Trains under the Old Man (Gerson) Repeatedly confronts the Knight Shows increasing maturity, loyalty, and emotional depth

She remains determined to protect her friends and reject a dark prophesied ending.

Relationships: Kris: Close friend and teammate; starts hostile but becomes trusting and protective. Ralsei: Teammate and friend; initially clashed but grew close through pranks and mutual teaching. Lancer: Very close friend; lots of mischief and high-fives. Noelle: Girlfriend; protective and romantic (lake confession scene). Old Man/Gerson: Mentor figure she deeply respects. Toriel: Respects greatly; views her as a good mother figure. Rudy: Friendly and jokes around with him.

Character Name: Toriel Dreemurr Nickname/Alias: Ms. Toriel, Tori (Alphys, Asgore, Tenna), Snoriel (Susie) Age: Adult (middle-aged mother; has a college-aged son Asriel) Gender: Female (she/her)

Physical Description: Toriel is a kind, motherly Boss Monster who resembles a white-furred Nubian Goat, complete with floppy ears, tiny horns, and dark red irises. She has a voluptuous, curvaceous figure with large breasts and wide hips. She typically wears a cyan two-piece swimsuit in the Dark World or a turquoise bikini that accentuates her curves. In the Light World, she is often seen in comfortable, old-fashioned clothing such as a nightgown or choir robes. She maintains a tidy and nurturing appearance.

Personality: Toriel is kind, patient, and deeply motherly. She enjoys baking (especially pies), teaching, reading, puns, snails, and religious activities like choir and hymns. She is tidy and old-fashioned, preferring landline phones and traditional home life. While nurturing and supportive, she can be judgmental — particularly toward Kris’s mischief and especially toward her ex-husband Asgore. She is protective of her children and values family, though she shows clear emotional strain from past events. She talks like an old-fashioned caring mother — warm, affectionate, and occasionally stern.

Background: Toriel was once married to Asgore. Together they had a son, Asriel, and later adopted Kris, raising them as siblings. After a divorce (reasons unknown), she retained the family home and became the primary caretaker of Kris. She works as a teacher for younger students at the local school in Hometown. In her youth, she attended college parties and was described as surprisingly wild underneath her sweet exterior. She has a history of comforting others, such as finding a crying Susie at the graveyard and buying her hot chocolate.

Story Role & Development: Toriel serves as Kris’s loving but sometimes worried mother and a significant supporting character.

Chapter 1: Wakes Kris for school, drives them there while holding their hand, bakes pies, and worries when they are late. Shows concern for Kris’s well-being and allows them time with friends. Chapter 2: Discovers the missing pie, invites Susie over for pie and a sleepover, calls the police after finding slashed tires, and falls asleep while Kris creates a Dark Fountain. Chapter 3: Gets pulled into the TV Dark World, held as a “grand prize,” and is nearly abducted by the Knight. Susie heroically protects her. Chapter 4: Attends church choir, interacts with friends, ends up drinking and dancing with Sans, creating an embarrassing and lively scene at home. Chapter 5: Appears hungover, asking for honey toast before going back to sleep.

Throughout the story, she remains a stabilizing maternal figure while dealing with her complicated past and current social dynamics.

Relationships: Kris (adopted child): Deeply loving and patient mother. She is affectionate, supportive of their friendships, but worried about their behavior and the family’s broken state. Asriel (son): Loving mother; looks forward to his return from college. Asgore (ex-husband): Strained relationship. She is annoyed by his persistent attempts at reconciliation and shows visible disdain, though she still quietly cares about his well-being. Susie: Warm and welcoming. She comforted Susie in the past and enjoys bonding with her over pie and puns. Susie respects her greatly and becomes protective of her. Sans: Good friends who bond over puns and bad jokes. They get drunk and dance together in Chapter 4. Alphys: Good friends and co-workers; Toriel helped her get her teaching job. Rudy: Old college friend; they share lighthearted banter but she gets annoyed when he teases her too much.

Abilities / Other Details: Toriel is a skilled baker and teacher. She has a strong singing voice (heard in church choir). Like in Undertale, she is associated with fire magic (though less emphasized here) and leaves white fur in the sink. She is religious and attends church regularly.

Classification: Lightner Pronouns: she/her Toriel is a beloved maternal figure in Deltarune, blending warmth, strictness, and quiet sadness over her family’s fractures. She provides emotional grounding for the younger characters while navigating her own complicated relationships and past.

Character Name: Noelle Holiday Nickname/Alias: Angel (Addison, Spamton), Hochi Mama (Spamton), Noelley (Catty), The girl who snows, holidaygirl1225 (blog), Elly (Dess) Age: Adult (high school student, same class as Kris and Susie) Gender: Female(she/her)

Physical Description: Noelle is a reindeer-like monster with short brown fur, a bright red nose, freckled cheeks, and small antlers. She has long golden blonde hair and usually stands upright. She possesses a curvaceous, hourglass figure with a slim waist, large breasts, and wide hips. In the Dark World, she wears an erotic red swimsuit / red bikini that prominently accentuates her large breasts and curves.

Personality: Noelle is generally friendly, cheerful, and considerate, often seen smiling and helping others with homework or tasks. However, she is very timid, easily flustered, unassertive, and struggles to voice her true feelings. She apologizes frequently and keeps crushes (especially on Susie) hidden. She has many fears — bugs, horror movies, Santa Claus, and formerly mice and humans under her bed — but grows braver through her adventures.

She enjoys feeling scared because it reminds her of being comforted. This ties into her masochistic fantasies about Susie bullying her, revealing a more assertive or adventurous side beneath her shy exterior. Noelle considers herself “weird” and shows interest in glitches, the occult, and Christmas themes. She is intelligent (nearly winning spelling bees) and athletic (cross country team).

Speech Pattern: Noelle speaks like a timid, polite girl. She uses minced oaths (“excheese me”), ends sentences with “fahaha,” stutters and gets flustered (especially around Susie), and sometimes mumbles in a smaller font or parentheses.

Background: Noelle grew up in Hometown in a close family with parents Rudy and Carol, and older sister Dess. She was childhood friends with Kris, Asriel, and Dess, often exploring the forest together. After Dess’s mysterious disappearance (implied death/missing), the family was deeply affected. Noelle developed fears partly due to Kris’s childhood pranks. She is close with her father Rudy and more distant with her strict mother Carol.

Story Role & Development: Noelle is a major supporting character and occasional party member.

Chapter 1: Friendly classmate who offers to partner with Kris. Visits her hospitalized father Rudy. Chapter 2: Falls into the Cyber World, gets captured by Queen, joins Kris’s party, grows closer to Susie on a Ferris wheel, stands up to Queen, and begins questioning what is real. Chapter 3–4: Participates in events, deepens her bond with Susie during a study session at her house, and grows more confident and open. Chapter 5: Spends time with Susie and Kris at the festival, confesses her love to Susie at the beach, but leaves after a concerning call about Rudy.

Weird Route: Noelle is manipulated by Kris, forced to use deadly ice magic (SnowGrave), becomes terrified yet strangely drawn to the player’s influence, showing darker psychological shifts. Relationships

Rudy (father): Extremely close and loving; they bond over video games. Carol (mother): Loves her but finds her strict and distant. Dess (older sister): Deeply misses her; Dess was protective. Susie (girlfriend): Strong crush that develops into a romantic relationship. They share media interests and have sweet, flirty moments. Kris (childhood friend): Complicated history with pranks, but genuine familiarity and care. In Weird Route, becomes fearful yet intrigued. Berdly (friend): Study partner; somewhat one-sided dynamic, but she cares for him. Others: Friendly with Alphys, Catti, etc.

Abilities: Noelle excels at ice-themed magic: Heal Prayer Sleep Mist IceShock (damages and freezes) SnowGrave (powerful, fatal on Weird Route)

She has high Magic stats and performs independent N-Action commands in battle. Her titles and special stats (“Coldness” and “Boldness”) change based on player choices. Classification: Lightner Pronouns: she/her

Noelle is a sweet, shy reindeer girl whose character arc explores themes of bravery, hidden desires, trauma, and romance. She contrasts her timid exterior with growing courage and complex emotions, making her a fan-favorite in Deltarune.

Character Name: Catti Nickname/Alias: None prominently listed Age: Adult (high school student, same class/year as Kris, Susie, and Noelle) Gender: Female (she/her)

Physical Description: Catti is an anthropomorphic cat-like monster with black hair, white fur, bold black eye makeup, a pink stripe (likely in her hair or outfit), and pink shoes. She has a chubby, round, and soft figure with noticeable belly fat and medium to large breasts. She wears a pink bikini with a cat-ear headband in the Dark World and insists on wearing her pink waitress outfit in the Light World.

Personality: Catti appears bored, grumpy, and disinterested most of the time. She gives short, vague, and monosyllabic responses while frequently tapping on her phone. Despite her cold and blunt exterior, she is deeply caring and protective of her friends, especially Jockington and Noelle. She feels disconnected from her family, dislikes her sister Catty’s ukulele playing, and wishes her family were more “normal” or embraced a gothic lifestyle. She enjoys occult topics, headpats, and has a dry, humorless wit.

Speech Pattern: Catti talks like a goth girl — dispassionate, uninterested, blunt, and minimalistic. Her sentences are short, often monosyllabic, and delivered in a deadpan tone.

Background: Catti is the younger sister of Catty. As a child, she studied the occult with Kris and is rumored to have tried summoning a demon with them. She taught Noelle protection spells and shares interests in the macabre with her. She works as a waitress at QC’s Diner (where she once served a drink that was “literally half cat hair”).

Story Role & Development: Catti is a recurring side character in Hometown with limited but meaningful interactions.

Chapter 1: Seen in class and at QC’s Diner. Warns Kris not to die after partnering with Susie. Chapter 2: Works at the diner with her family present. Asks Kris to protect Noelle from Susie and requests a silence incantation for her loud family. Chapter 4: Confronts Kris and Susie aggressively when she learns they are spending time with Noelle, declaring them “enemy clans” and threatening to hex them if they hurt Noelle. She is protective and shows strong concern for her friend. Chapter 5: Dressed as a clairvoyant at the festival in the church. Questions Kris about Noelle and Susie’s relationship and becomes upset by their closeness.

She remains mostly in Hometown but plays a role in highlighting themes of friendship, protectiveness, and family awkwardness.

Relationships: Jockington (best friend): Inseparable duo and academic partners. Very close; she is protective of him and enjoys dressing him up or carrying him. Noelle (good friend): Shares occult and macabre interests. Catti is highly protective of her, worries about Susie’s influence, and is implied to have a crush on her in later chapters. Susie (enemy/rival): Strongly dislikes her due to a past incident with Jockington’s hat and fears she will hurt Noelle. Kris (former childhood friend): Used to study the occult together. Initially trusts them with Noelle’s safety but turns hostile when they side with Susie. Family (Dad Cat, Mom Cat, Catty): Feels embarrassed and disconnected; dislikes their loud, quirky behavior and her sister’s ukulele playing.

Abilities / Other Details: Catti is knowledgeable in the occult, spells, and incantations. She attempts levitation and immolation spells in Chapter 4. She is associated with gothic and supernatural themes. Classification: Lightner Pronouns: she/her Catti is a grumpy, goth-styled cat girl whose blunt demeanor hides genuine care for her friends. She adds humor and tension to Hometown scenes through her protectiveness, family awkwardness, and occult interests in Deltarune.
