Miss Hazard (FPE OC)

her name is Miss. Hazard, and she has black (and horned but most people mistake them for cat ears) hair that goes down to her waist. she wears a collared white dress, and a black tie around her neck along with "caution" tape around her dress. her left leg fades into a black with yellow and purple x's scattered along the obsidian-colored leg. and her right leg has bigger purple x's scattered around as well, and on her head are two purple (papers?) that have yellow eyes scribbled on them, and funny enough, her eyes are yellow as well. her right eye is a giant yellow X. in her hair are purple and yellow x's aligned on the top and near the sides of her head are "danger" markings, and those marking can change based on her mood, for example: if she's surprised, the marking changes to a exclamation mark, and if shes confused it will change to a question mark. and other markings will appear via her mood, etc. her arms long and black, pointy clawed fingers and near her fore arms are purple and yellow x's like on her left leg and hair, oh and forgot to mention, at the end of her hair there are x's as well. she has no mouth, but can form one on her face, as if she could warp or melt a mouth into it. and she has a long black tail, that's sort of spiky and at the end of it is a stinger that can eject yellow acid/venom that burns anything, metal, wood, anything. she can also spit the same venom from her mouth as well. at the tip of the tail's spikes has "danger" markings and the same colored x's that was on her hair and legs/arms.

yes, she's a murderer, she eats her students, and even eats animals. (she ate a raw rabbit alive by tearing out it's guts) she will not tolerate failures in her class either, so if a student fails, she will kill them with no hesitation. she can also manipulate speed and her claws can slice through anything.
