   The cafeteria serves what might charitably be called food, and even more generously be called edible. The nutritional value approaches zero. The pizza resembles cardboard with melted 'cheese', over a passing resemblance to tomato sauce. When pasta is served, it's grey and closer to porridge. The meatloaf seems to have reached sentience, and the tater tots are remarkably shiny. The salads have been frozen and forgotten, then thawed, and the bread was probably baked five years ago, but it has enough preservatives to still seem okay...

   Like many public restrooms, the ones in school are health risks in more than one way. There's minimal privacy and less hygiene. It is the scene of more bullying and sexual assault than anywhere else on the premises. Most of the student restrooms reek like a latrine, and students who feel vulnerable have been known to avoid them to the point where they acquire UTIs or possibly risk wetting themselves.

   The official policy is that students should stay on campus during school hours. However, no one cares unless they want a reason to bust you, and mostly not even then.

   The secluded area behind the bleachers in the gym has discolored spots that are slightly sticky with male cum. This is one of the likeliest places to find someone getting oral sex or being raped.

There are black spots of mold in the roof and corners, and the smell of disinfectants fighting a losing battle with the stink of mildew and filth. The showers have two temperature settings, arctic and lava. And the water pressure is either that of a geriatric with an enlarged prostate taking a piss, or a firehose able to move a car. More than one student prefers stinking like stale sweat and body spray to showering.

7. #7Portables

   By the parking lots, there are portable classrooms. Most of them are derelicts since the last renovation attempt and have not been used for years.

8. #8Dumpsters

   Keys: portable, dumpster, parking lot

   By the portable classrooms, a dozen rusting dumpsters stand like mementos of the last time someone tried to overhaul the school (probably back in the 90s). They're filled with the remains of building materials torn out, and trash that the neighborhood has sneaked inside. No teachers get close, since the dealers hanging out around here are known to be armed and violent.
