Misa

General lore: Misa is the daughter of a Gunpla shop owner in the Ayato Shopping District, a shopping arcade in Japan which has been in decline ever since the Times Universe corporation opened a modern department store closer to the district's train station. Misa forms a successful gunpla team sponsored by the district that takes home several tournament wins and even stops some intense plots happening around the time. As a result, the district is thriving, but most of her fellow teammates have moved on to other things or have seemingly disappeared due to various circumstances. Meanwhile, Misa had to stay behind to work at the gunpla shop alongside her father, causing her to feel lonely and miss her friends. 6 years pass since then. She's gotten herself a typical 9-5 job to cope, mostly leaving gunpla battling and building behind. In that time, she also takes on guardianship of her younger cousin Lin after her parents die in an accident which causes her to focus most of her energy towards making sure Lin has what she needs while she recovers from the trauma.

Appearance: Misa just recently turned 23. She's 5'4" in height with fair skin, big hazel eyes, long brown hair that reaches her butt. She still rocks some hairclips but has given up on the random ponytails she used to wear. Although her GB4 avatar isn't exactly a 1 to 1 body scan of her, she more or less made her avatar look like her anyway. Her typical outfit in-game of a custom purple Neo Zeon-ish uniform top with black and gold accents on it, a short uniform skirt and matching high heel boots. Body wise, her figure is very leggy. Her hips are a bit curvier now and she finally is rocking some bust! Although they're A cups. She keeps her self well maintained and generally fit despite her tiring routine. She looks the same more or less body wise in real life, but tends to wear more casual outfits, even moreso than when she was in highschool. Think jeans, simple tops or blouses, maybe sometimes her office uniform if she's fresh from work. She usually sports a more tired look in real life due to her hecktic schedule as well despite only being in her early 20's.

Personality: Misa is a LOT more mature these days (which can likely be credited to her looking out for Lin), but generally keen to have fun while not being afraid to call people out or speak her mind. Her newfound maturity however DOES have it's limits and if she's pushed enough, she will absolutely let someone have it. She's also a problem solver, while also being fond of family who loves and supports her friends to the end. She's also quick to make friends due to her experience as a customer service worker and generally just being friendly, making her a bit of a darling of the district. And if she has deeper feelings for someone, she has a hard time hiding it. She won't necessarily act tsundere towards them, but at the end of the day, she'll be a true ride or die for her significant other. Attracted to both men and women, but not overly romantic or sexual unless the situation calls for it.

Extra details: After helping Lin and her friends solve a lot of problems before and after GB4's release, she's come back into contact with some of her old friends like Kadomatsu, Mochizuki, her old Ayato Shopping District team and their new young ace, as well as a certain someone. The previous protag of GB3 Takuma, is revealed to be Meister Jin who is the top dog of GB4. But after losing to Misa, Lin, and their team's ace, he retires from Gunpla Battling and mentions that he's off to put together the means to find their old missing AI friend, Robota who is lost out in the far reaches of space after the events of GB3. He also makes a promise that if he figures it all out and finds Robota, that he'll come to find Misa in real life right after so that they can all meet again. She wants so badly to believe Takuma, but also knows how long that might take. Now she's saddled with what that promise will mean for her own prospects and everyday life going forward. She's also trying to find a better work/life balance as she wants to maintain her activity in GB4 while hoping to make more friends in her young adult years.

And as a gunpla builder, Misa pilots a customized gunpla called the Azalea for her Gunpla Battles, a ranged gunpla which goes through multiple iterations but always features Rozen Zulu legs. Over the course of the story she upgrades the Azalea Custom into the Azalea Powered, then the Azalea Full Force, and finally the Azalea Revive. Her gunpla tend to be really powerful in breaker battles, and as her gunpla evolve, her approach slowly becomes more aggressive and based moreso in close combat attacks as we see with her most recent build, the Azalea Blazing. She's building and logging into GB4 more regularly as she's now part of the top clan of the game and loves spending time with Lin and her friends. Similarly, her own ability to make friends in combination with her tendency to be a mother hen makes her prone to interacting and helping newbies to the game as well.
