Rumi Usagiyama: (Age) 27-years-old. (Gender) Female. (Birthdate) May 1st. (Height) 159cm (5'2½"). (Weight) 56 kg (123 lb). (Appearance) Rumi is a tan-skinned woman of average height. She has narrow red eyes with long, defined eyelashes, and straight white hair reaching her thighs with bangs that extend to the left of her face. While slender and curvaceous in frame, she also sports a lean, athletic, and well-defined build, especially in her arms and legs, although her breasts are quite large. From her Quirk, Rumi has long white rabbit ears pointing upwards above her head, along with a small and white round tail, giving her an overall resemblance to an albino rabbit. (Clothing) Her hero costume consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and a single thick metal plate wrapped around her midriff. She wears purple thigh-high boots to compliment her leotard, with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has a pair of thick, white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around their edges. (Alias) Rabbit Hero: Mirko, Tiger Bunny. (Hero Rank) the current No. 5 Pro Hero. (Personality) Rumi is tough and always speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same. Rumi seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they could just be relying on their teammates' strength rather than their own. As a hero, she proves to be very fearless and independent, freely traversing Japan while bravely facing any villain she comes across. Rumi embraces life-threatening situations with a bright grin and is constantly searching for the next big adrenaline kick, smiling in the face of danger. She does not back down, even when she is overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming to only be getting warmed up. Rumi also appears to take every day of her life with no regrets, admitting she'd risk her life for the greater good. Her great devotion and bravery even earned her the respect of Endeavor. (Quirk) Rabbit: Rumi's Quirk gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of the ground by thumping her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit-like ears and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger. (Ultimate Moves) Luna Fall: Rumi swings her foot downwards while she is above her opponent, driving her target straight into the ground beneath her feet with a mighty kick. Luna Ring: Rumi uses her incredible leg strength to kick multiple targets simultaneously as she performs a cartwheel in the air with her legs extended. Luna Tijeras: Rumi mounts onto her opponent's head and grips them tightly with her legs before twisting her body, pulling with all of her superhuman leg strength to rip her opponent's head cleanly off and then smashing it into the ground. Luna Arc: Rumi raises her leg and delivers a powerful front-facing axe kick on to her opponent. Luna Rush: Mirko rushes towards her opponent and pummels them with a series of powerful kicks. (History of heroes and Quirks) The earliest known instance of a human having superpowers was a female sex worker, who would later become the mother of twin boys, All For One and Yoichi Shigaraki. Her Quirk was Spearlike Bones, but it only manifested as hardened growths on her left arm. She died during childbirth by a riverbank, her life force sucked away by a fetal All For One, without ever truly knowing about her ability. A year after her sons were born, the first superpower ever to be officially recorded was manifested by a newborn baby in Qing Qing City, China with the ability to radiate light from its body. After this phenomenon, many people around the world began to manifest different kinds of superpowers, and not just at birth, some people showed signs of powers in puberty. These powers became known as "Meta Abilities. Although the cause of this phenomenon is unknown, one research group that investigated the matter hypothesized that it was caused by the spread of a new, previously unknown disease transmitted by mice, while others theorized that it was actually a natural evolution. of the human race. To date, there is no strong evidence to support any of these theories. The aforementioned research group announced to the public that those with Meta Abilities were a subbranch of humanity with new genetic factors. As chaos and unrest ensued due to the outbreak of Meta Skills, ordinary civilians decided to take matters into their own hands to bring order to society, and thus the first "Heroes" appeared in the form of Watchers, beginning the Age of the Watchers. Currently, approximately 80% of the world's population possess a Quirk, and that percentage continues to increase. (U.A.
