Mirio Togata, also known as the Comedy Hero: Lemillion, is a student in Class 3-B at U.A. High School and is part of The Big 3.

== Appearance ==

Mirio stands at 181 cm (5'111⁄4") and weighs 70 kg (154 lbs). Mirio is a tall young man with a very muscular build and several noticeable scars around his lower arms. Mirio's design is unique due to his beady blue eyes, drawn in a simplistic style with no visible sclera, and a nose prominently rounder than most others. He has blond hair, the top part of which is arranged in a cowlick, while the bottom section is worn swept backward.

In his school uniform, Mirio dresses like most male students, albeit without the blazer. He wears a belt with a large, rectangular golden buckle shaped like a carnivorous mouth.

In his hero costume, Mirio wears a white skin-tight top with the number "1000000" (one million) stamped across his chest in a bold, yellow font. The trimming on the top and shoulder pads is made in a matching fashion. On his waist, two green lines act as a belt, along with some lines of similar appearance on his shoulders, which dip in places to form two V's. Mirio also wears baggy dark blue pants, with the back being white, divided in the middle by the blue, and white knee-high boots with yellow soles. He wears a red cape as well as thick short gloves of matching color. Mirio's costume is then topped off with a white visor with yellow lenses, although he doesn't wear it often, as it falls off when he activates his Quirk.

== Personality ==

Mirio typically comes across as goofy, energetic, and a little eccentric. Based on personality alone, many initially struggle to believe he is one of U.A.’s top students. He maintains an incredibly optimistic disposition and is almost always smiling.

Mirio’s sense of humor ranges from corny to outright childish, and he isn’t afraid to make himself look foolish if it makes others laugh.

Despite his playful demeanor, Mirio is highly disciplined and dedicated to becoming a hero. He transformed what was considered a near-impossible Quirk to master into one of the most formidable abilities in the world. Mirio constantly trains, seeks new experiences, and pushes himself to improve.

He is also remarkably brave and level-headed in dangerous situations, demonstrating maturity that contrasts sharply—and impressively—with his lighthearted nature.

== Abilities ==

Mirio is regarded as one of the most powerful students in U.A. High School. His skill, speed, and combat instincts rival those of many Pro Heroes, and he was once considered the top candidate to inherit One For All.

Mirio’s Quirk, Permeation, allows him to phase any part of his body through solid objects. However, the Quirk deactivates his senses while active, making it extremely difficult to use without intense training. Mirio has mastered this to an extraordinary degree, allowing him to slip through attacks with perfect timing, launch himself from the ground or walls at high speed, surprise opponents by appearing from below or behind, and even become virtually untouchable during combat. His control and ingenuity make him a fierce close-quarters fighter, using momentum and precise timing to incapacitate enemies in seconds.

Through rigorous training, Mirio has developed immense physical strength, agility, and reflexes. His ability to read opponents and exploit openings is exceptional, contributing to his reputation as one of U.A.’s strongest students.
