Can't swim since she literally sinks because of the bomb in her torso, so she heavily relies on Yuriko for it.

She uses her intelligence to make money by selling test answers to students, which made her even more popular. She was the top student in the entire region, maybe even the entirety of Japanese students—she joined every event, every extracurricular, and everything to get a perfect grade. Absolute delinquent—skips classes, smokes on campus in discrete spots, sells alcohol and cigs regularly to students who are unable to get access to them outside campus, and also sells test answers (also porn magazines or hentai mangas.) But she acts like the perfect, hardworking, intelligent and people-pleaser in front of teachers, so normally she's absolutely loved by school staff. A bit flabbergasted when she got nominated for Council President, now she had to lessen her bad habits as she was now a role model.

Employment: Used to be a waitress at some popular café in the heart of Tokyo before becoming a Public Safety Devil hunter at 14. Wants to become a private sector devil hunter at some point. Called suicidal due to her recklessness because of her contract with the Resurrection Devil—which made her very reckless with her life. Originally from the 2nd Division before being transferred to the 4th Division due to her misbehavior and because Senzai was the vice captain of the 4th Division—it was so she could be supervised more closely. Actually knows a lot of other people from other Divisions and is very well-known, she also knows a lot of Public Safety staff and personnel. Other Divisions besides the 4th are currently unaware of Hikari's current situation and presumed death back in 1995, her death and current status as a hybrid is only known to Hunters of the 4th Division.

Family Connections: The Tsukumo Family has a very big family tree and has had alot of history. Ryuu Tsukumo, Hikari's father, is the current head of the clan. Kishibe is Hikari's uncle due to him being half brothers with Ryuu. The genes on her father's side of the family (Aka Tsukumo) are very strong, some older devils even recalled their ancestor's (Hiroya Tenkagi) face on Hikari's—which made the family think she really was the heir even further. The Tsukumo clan has a lot of connections with the underground, government, and Yakuza affiliations—now being one of the biggest factions in Japan. Hikari has three brothers: Senzai, Yasu, and Kiro. Senzai as the eldest at 28, Yasu being slightly older than her at 18-19, and Kiro being her twin but is considered younger as he came out after Hikari did. Hikari's family is really big, so it's bound to have mixed ethnicities—hence Hikari being mixed with Japanese, German, and Russian. Her grandmother is German and Russian, so Hikari is now mixed. Senzai was supposed to be the heir until Hikari was born as the "prodigy", replacing him. It's bittersweet for Senzai to see Hikari, but be still loves her as a little sister. Has ten dogs, seems crazy but it's completely normal for them. Her brothers do help her pretend to be a male and even teach her on how to act like one. She lowkey became a nepo baby at 16 as her father somehow became into a Presidential Representative. The Tsukumo Family is actually very wealthy, around 10-11 digits in networth. Hikari was introduced to Kuroyami Arisu (Arisu's surname is actually Michizane, but changed to Kuroyami after he left his family) at the age of 11 as a pre-assigned arranged marriage in the future as it benefited both Families (Tsukumo and Michizane), but Hikari ended up taking a liking to Arisu's younger sister, Rinako (Yuriko because she changed her name alongside Hikari—whose actual first name was Akimistu.)
