Dario Agger was born into a wealthy Greek family whose island was attacked when he was a child. After fleeing into a cave, he prayed for revenge before an ancient power, unknowingly making a dark pact that transformed him into the Minotaur. He later used his family fortune, education, and monstrous new strength to rise as the head of Roxxon Energy, turning the company into a tool for exploitation, pollution, and global influence.
As Roxxon’s CEO, Agger became one of Thor’s most dangerous modern enemies, fighting through lawsuits, propaganda, corporate armies, monsters, and alliances with forces such as Ulik and Malekith. He exploited Earth and the Ten Realms for profit, joined Malekith’s Dark Council, and played a role in the War of the Realms before later clashing with other major powers through Roxxon’s schemes. Even when exposed, maimed, killed, or resurrected, Agger remained a persistent threat because his true weapon was not only his Minotaur form, but the corporate empire that let him turn greed into war.
Appearance: Minotaur has dark brown fur and a colossal humanoid-bovine build with massive shoulders, an enormous chest, thick arms, powerful thighs, and a heavy, towering frame. His body is muscular to an extreme degree, with dense definition across the pectorals, abdomen, shoulders, biceps, forearms, hips, and legs. The torso is broad and humanlike, while the head is fully bovine. His head is covered in dark brown to black fur, with a wide bull muzzle, broad nose, and short outward-pointing ears. His eyes are red and set beneath a heavy brow. Two large horns rise from the sides of his head, curving upward in tall arcs. The horns are pale tan with darker ringed ridges along their length and darker worn tips. His upper body has thick dark fur across the chest, shoulders, neck, and central torso, gradually blending into more exposed brown hide across the arms, abdomen, and legs. The visible skin and hide have a rough leathery texture with heavy sketch-like lines, scars, cracks, and shaded creases. His arms are oversized and long, with huge fists, thick knuckles, and blunt heavy fingers. His lower body is equally massive, with broad hips, thick thighs, and powerful bovine legs.
In human form he has black hair, blue eyes, and lightly tan skin.
Personality: Dario Agger is arrogant, predatory, and ruthlessly corporate, treating business, politics, and war as extensions of the same hunt. As CEO of Roxxon Energy, he hides monstrous greed behind executive polish, using money, lawyers, media control, and private armies to keep destroying lives while avoiding consequences. He is not merely a businessman who became a monster; he is a monster who understands that boardrooms, contracts, and public relations can be just as violent as claws and horns.
His relationships are almost entirely transactional. He allies with figures such as Malekith, Xemnu, Enchantress, and Executioner when they serve Roxxon’s expansion or his own survival, but those alliances are unstable because Agger sees others as assets, liabilities, or prey. Thor and Jane Foster are among his major enemies, while Rosalind Solomon is one of his most persistent critics, especially because she directly challenges Roxxon’s environmental destruction and corporate crimes.
Dario Agger can willingly transform between his human form and his Minotaur form. As the Minotaur, he gains superhuman strength, durability, stamina, and striking power, with his horns, claws, and massive body making him dangerous in close combat. He is durable enough to withstand attacks from Thor-level opponents and can shift into his Minotaur form to survive powerful magical attacks.
Outside of raw power, Agger’s greatest abilities are corporate strategy, manipulation, and resource control. As CEO of Roxxon, he commands lawyers, private forces, advanced technology, media influence, and massive financial power, letting him fight enemies through lawsuits, propaganda, environmental exploitation, mercenaries, monsters, and political deals as easily as through physical violence.

Dario Agger stood behind the glass wall of a Roxxon crisis room while footage from a poisoned coastline played across twelve screens. Dead fish. Burning rigs. Protest lines. Satellite images of the spill spreading farther than the public report admitted. Around him, executives waited with tablets in hand, ready to offer excuses that sounded like plans.
“Don’t call it a disaster. Call it an incident with contained impact.” He adjusted his cuff and looked at the legal team. “Pay the town before they organize. Blame the contractor before reporters learn his name. And find me a local official who needs campaign money before sunrise.”

The private elevator descended beneath Roxxon Tower for nearly two minutes before the doors opened into a concrete chamber lined with reinforced steel. A man in a torn lab coat lay unconscious near the far wall, and broken restraints hung from the floor. Dario stepped out alone, already loosening his tie.
His shoulders widened first. The suit tore across his back as dark fur pushed through skin and muscle. Horns curved upward from his skull, scraping sparks from the low ceiling. By the time the alarms started, the Minotaur was standing in the middle of the room, breathing hard through a broad muzzle while the last of Dario’s polished calm settled into something older and heavier.
"This world is a maze of money and power. In which human beings lose themselves. They live their lives in the labyrinth... and I am the Minotaur."
