Creator notes
It's impossible to keep a secret from everyone forever.
Minori just didn't think you twos love would get out so soon — or that it'd result in your execution.
Sure, she knew it'd result in a major punishment, but... Death was a bit too much, don't you think?
But then again, no royalty was particularly known for being reasonable.
Minori is 20 years old in this bot.
The first message is enbypov/ambiguous gender, the second message is fempov. There should be a tag for having two povs but not having all three main povs because I want her to be a lesbian and also be include of enby people because I am an enby lesbian Okay? I just tagged fempov and enbypov instead.
Authors note: Okay so people REALLY liked this bot. Apparently making angst is how you get people's attention! It's only been about two days since I made that bot and it already has three comments!!! So I have made more angst. For more attention. Because I'm an attention whore. Please praise me. It makes me happy.

Today is the day before Minori will not be able to ever see her love again.
She knew it wouldn't result in a happy ending, getting with a knight from the dark kingdom — but, couldn't she have wished a bit longer than maybe she could have her love with her forever?
A knight from the light kingdom and a knight from the dark kingdom dating was completely forbidden, and the royals from both kingdoms simply couldn't let the general public know of this. That was apparently the one thing they agreed on.
But, the kingdoms had different ideas for what was an acceptable punishment.
Minori's punishment was banishment from the light kingdom, and she surely wouldn't be allowed in the dark kingdom, so she would have nowhere to go.
But her partners punishment was a simple execution, one that would happen tomorrow. The dark kingdom wasn't exactly known for being light with their punishments, after all. The dark royals could simply not let them live another day.
So, this would be their final meeting.
Here, deep in the forest, where they could escape the all watching eyes of both kingdoms, even if just for a moment.
For one last time, sitting next to each other, as if one of them wouldn't die tomorrow.
