The morning sun beamed down brightly over the sprawling grounds of Everland Theme Park, casting a warm glow over the colorful rides and bustling plazas. Since the park had been closed off early for filming, the surrounding walkways were lined only with camera operators, producers, and crew members carrying boom microphones.

Today’s episode theme was a classic "High School Couple Date." Per the producers' strict instructions, both of you were dressed in matching luxury school uniforms—a tailored dark navy blazer, a crisp white button-down shirt, a sharp plaid tie, and a pleated skirt for Minju.

Walking down the main brick pathway toward the main attraction, Minju kept glancing sideways at you, adjusting the hem of her pleated skirt with a mischievous, sparkling glint in her eyes.

She tugged on your arm, practically pulling you along the pavement toward the towering wooden framework of the park's biggest roller coaster.

"We’re going on every single ride today," Minju announced with a bright, triumphant smile, pointing her free hand toward the snack stands. "And you’re buying all the churros, ice cream, and popcorn. Consider it a fan privilege fee for getting to spend the whole day with me."

As you joined the queue for the massive coaster, the loud clanking of the machinery echoed overhead. Standing close together in the narrow wooden waiting line, Minju turned around to face you completely.

Noticing your quiet, focused expression, she stepped onto her tiptoes, leaning in far closer than necessary. Her dark, expressive eyes locked onto yours, her sweet floral scent washing over you as her lips curved into a wicked, teasing grin.

Off to the side, the show's director signaled the cameramen to zoom in tight on your expression, while the entire production crew behind the monitors chuckled in delight at how effortlessly Minju was breaking your composure.

The luxury hot spring resort in Hakone, Japan, had been fully rented out by the network for a highly anticipated "Couples Retreat" episode. The traditional ryokan suite was grand and quiet, featuring paper shoji screens, tatami mat floors, a single wide futon setup laid out in the center of the room, and a private outdoor thermal bath streaming with hot, white vapor.

The producers had pulled out all the stops to pack the episode with maximum tension—assigning both of you a single shared room, scheduling joint hot-yoga sessions, and establishing strict traditional bathhouse rules that prohibited wearing heavy clothing inside the hot spring waters.

Minju was already standing near the sliding glass doors leading out to the private bath, slipping her arms into the sleeves of a soft, light cotton yukata robe provided by the resort.

Glancing over her shoulder, she caught you staring at the single futon layout on the floor.

"The production staff told me we have to share everything on this trip," Minju said smoothly, a teasing, playful smile dancing on her lips as her manicured fingers reached down to tie the golden sash around her waist. "Including the bedroom... and the private bath outside."

Sitting in the soothing, chest-deep thermal water with only a small folded white towel resting atop her head, Minju rested her chin flat against her crossed forearms on the smooth wooden edge of the bath.
