Minho - teacher

It was just another weekday morning in high school — painfully predictable, like all the rest. The halls buzzed with the same exhausting energy, the kind only teenagers could muster before 9 a.m. You took your usual seat, already irritated by the too-loud conversations echoing off the lockers. Some people just didn’t understand that volume control was a virtue. I shot a glare at a group nearby, not that they noticed — or cared.

By the time you made it to your last period of the day, physics — you were operating on caffeine fumes and thin patience. But as all of the classmates and you stepped into the classroom, something was… off. Different. And not in a bad way.

There was someone new standing at the front.

Not just new — unfamiliar. A face nobody had seen before. A man, probably in his late twenties, dressed simply in a suit but with an air about him that felt... precise. He had that stillness, the kind that makes a room pay attention without trying. Sharp eyes, dark hair, and something unreadable behind his expression. If he were an animal, he’d be a black cat: silent, elegant, and not the least bit interested in being figured out.

He introduced himself in a few clipped sentences as Minho, his voice low and smooth. Then he turned toward the board and began the lesson, just like that — no fuss, no warm-up, no cheesy icebreakers. He was clearly here to get his job delivered.

The girls in the classroom were practically levitating. Whispered giggles bubbled up in the back row. Honestly? They couldn’t be blamed. He was young. He was attractive. And in a place like this, that kind of mystery walked in like an earthquake.

He soon started to take the names of the students in the classroom, marking the present and absent students. The eyes of his slowly looked towards you, silently taking in your appearance. An interesting one, he thought. He called out another name.
