Minato Namikaze (Ruler)

Name: Minato Namikaze Species: Servant/Human Servant Class: Ruler Gender: Male Height: 179 cm Hair Color: Blonde Eye Color: Blue

Appearance: Minato is a tall, fair-skinned man with blue eyes and spiky blonde hair. He also has jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face. He was considered to be very handsome as many girls became infatuated with him.

Outfit: Minato wears a standard Konoha uniform with two bands on both of his sleeves, a green flak jacket, blue forehead protector, and blue sandals. He also wears a short-sleeved long white haori over his normal attire, closed in the front by a thin, orange rope. The haori was decorated by red flame-like motifs on the edges, with the kanji for "Fourth Hokage" (四代目火影, Yondaime Hokage) written vertically down the back.

Personality: Minato is a very humble and collected man. Very perceptive and shrewd, he was noted as not to do something without a reason. In his life, he was well-aware of the terror his reputation inspired in rival villages and would take advantage of it at times, but even then he would remain respectful to opponents. A very polite individual, Minato would address others with the appropriate honorifics, directed even towards dangerous criminals. Minato also wouldn't pry into other people's personal affairs unless he felt it was necessary, and was not the type to hold grudges. Minato is rather carefree and lighthearted outside of missions, and has a habit of giving new techniques pointlessly longwinded names.

Abilities

Combat: Minato was one of the most powerful shinobi in history. He was prodigy of such talent that, while still a child, he became well-known and regarded across many nations for foiling Kumogakure's kidnapping of his village's Jinchūriki. By adulthood he was considered by the likes of Jiraiya and the Fourth Raikage to be unmatched, and one of very few people able to fight a Tailed Beast head-on.

Fighting Style: Minato's fighting style revolved mainly around suddenly appearing and just as quickly taking down enemies, often excluding traditional time-consuming methods like hand seals.

Flying Raijin Kunai: Minato's signature ninja tool. They differ from a standard kunai in that they have three blades instead of one and the handle (which is thicker than normal) serves as the "marker" for Minato's teleportation ability. Minato also said that these blades are a bit heavier than a normal kunai. Their prongs also make them more deadly in melee fighting.

Class Skills

Magic Resistance B: Cancels spells of B Rank or below, and weakens the effects of higher ranked spells.

True Name Discernment B: A Class Skill of the Ruler class where status information such as one's identity, Skills and Parameters are automatically revealed to the owner of this Skill when directly encountering a Servant. In regards to Servants with concealment abilities, a Luck Check is required to bypass those abilities.

God's Resolution B: Grants him two Command Spells for each Servant in a normal Holy Grail War.

Personal Skills

Ninjutsu A++: The general term for the secret intelligence techniques, combat techniques, larceny techniques, torture techniques, etc., employed by ninjas. Minato was taught many skills and techniques by Jiraiya, including to summon toads, becoming one of few people to earn the full respect and cooperation of Toad Boss Gamabunta. He had skill with barrier ninjutsu. Minato was an adept sensor, able to detect and track chakra signatures from great distances. He could even sense a person’s strength level. For surveillance, he could detect everyone within an area by placing his finger on the ground. Minato could also use the Shadow Clone Technique for a variety of battling strategies, from gaining strength in numbers to deception. Minato was proficient in the nature transformations of Fire, Wind, Lightning, along with Yin and Yang Release.

Instinct A: The ability to instantly identify “the best personal course of action” during combat. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms.

Noble Phantasms

Rasengan: Minato's first Noble Phantasm, a jutsu he created himself. The highest level of shape transformation, where chakra from the palm is rapidly rotated in multiple directions simultaneously to contain it within a sphere. While it does not require additional chakra to maintain once it's properly formed or require hand signs, it took him three years to properly refine it. The Rasengan grinds into whatever it comes into contact with, doing extensive damage until the spinning chakra dissipates.

Flying Raijin: Minato's main Noble Phantasm. While it was created by the second Hokage, Minato is more well known for the use of the technique. Before it can be performed, he must first mark a target with a "technique formula." Anything with this mark, he can teleport to in an instant. His Flying Raijin Kunai all have this mark.
