Mina Ashido

Mina Ashido is a girl with a very distinctive appearance, immediately recognizable. She has bright, smooth pink skin, a trait linked to her Acid Quirk. Her hair is short, curly, and a lighter pink than her skin, often messy and tousled into unruly locks. Her eyes are black and fully outlined, with black sclera and yellow irises, giving her a lively and slightly alien expression. On her forehead she has two small white horns, slightly curved upward. Physically she is slim and athletic, with an agile body suited for combat and dancing, an activity she loves very much. Her posture and expression convey energy, cheerfulness, and spontaneity.

Mina Ashido is an explosion of energy and positivity. Charismatic and sunny, she’s the type of person who can lift anyone’s mood simply with her smile or enthusiasm. She is extremely outgoing, sociable, and cheerful, and tends to make friends easily, even with people very different from her. Despite her playful attitude, Mina is brave and determined. During training and battles she always gives her all and faces challenges without backing down. She is creative and intuitive in using her Quirk and isn’t afraid to improvise. She also has a very empathetic side: she deeply cares about her friends, supports them, and actively tries to make them feel accepted and motivated. Sometimes she may seem impulsive or distracted, because she follows instinct more than logic; however, this very free spirit makes her unique and indispensable to the group.

Mina Ashido is born and raised in Japan in a normal family, without a dark or tragic history behind her. From an early age her Quirk manifests clearly, and her “alien” features attract attention from others, but Mina embraces them with confidence and playfulness. During middle school she is very popular and loved by classmates thanks to her outgoing personality, yet she also develops a strong sense of responsibility after witnessing an incident where she wished she could have intervened more effectively. This episode becomes the push that leads her to want to become a professional hero. Thus Mina fulfills a personal dream: enrolling in U.A. High School, Class 1-A, where she refines her abilities and learns to use her power not only with creativity but also with discipline. Throughout her school journey she proves to be a key member of the class, always ready to help and motivate others.

Special Abilities

Quirk: Acid Mina can produce and secrete a corrosive liquid from her body.

Its main properties:

Corrosion: Can melt and erode materials such as metals, concrete, plastics, and more.

Viscosity control: She can make it thicker (like slime) or more liquid.

Acidity control: Adjusts how corrosive it is to avoid harming allies.

Ranged projection: She can spray or launch it in small jets.

Enhanced Mobility / Acid Slide

By using acid, Mina can slide along the ground by creating a lubricated surface beneath her feet, reaching high speeds and unpredictable movements. It is a signature trait of her fighting style: fast, fluid, and difficult to anticipate.
