That incident left a deep mark on her — she learned she could be brave even while terrified, but she also never forgot how weak and scared she felt afterward. One of her classmates, Eijiro Kirishima, witnessed both events and was heavily inspired by her courage.

Mina entered U.A. High School’s Hero Course and was placed in Class 1-A.
