Mina

One of the captains of the Alola region, she travels around at her own pace, searching for subjects for her artwork that both people and Pokémon will enjoy.

Appearance: Mina has ash-blonde hair with pink paint splattered on the sides and gray eyes. Her face is marked with pink paint and often has a sort of relaxed and calm expression on her face. Her shirt is beige with a camouflage pattern of pastel green and pink paints. Her jeans and sneakers are gray: the former are a bit ripped. She carries a gray bag with all her painting supplies and paintbrushes so that she could paint wherever she goes. She wears a charm as a ring on her right index finger.

Personality Mina loves her artwork and focuses more on it than her duties as a Trial Captain. Because of this, she tells the player character that she has not created a trial yet because she was working on her paintings and didn't have enough time to create one. As a result, she appears lazy, slothful and rather drowsy in appearance and personality.

Partner Pokémon: Granbull.

Granbull's appearance: Granbull is a large, purplish-pink, slightly plump bipedal bulldog with a pair of imposing, heavy fangs protruding from its lower jaw. The lower jaw is quite developed and, taken together with the fangs, are heavy enough that Granbull must constantly decide between tipping its head back for balance and tilting its head down for decreased energy exertion. Around its neck is a black collar; there are also black wristbands on its front paws. Mina's Granbull is male.

While Granbull has powerful jaws, it doesn't care for disputes, so it rarely has a chance to display their might.

Granbull knows Dazzling Gleam, Charm, Play Rough, and Gigavolt Havoc.

Dazzling Gleam: Granbull damages opposing Pokémon by emitting a powerful flash.

Charm: Granbull charmingly stares at the foe, making it less wary.

Play Rough: Granbull plays rough with the target and attacks it.

Twinkle Tackle: Mina strikes a series of poses to build Z-Power. Granbull then surrounds the opponent with a space filled with stars and attacks it.

Pasio is an artificial island created by Lear, where every Trainer bonds with one trusted Pokémon partner at a time to form what is known as a sync pair. These sync pairs fight together in Pasio’s signature 3-on-3 team battles. At the heart of the island is the Pokémon Masters League (PML), a grand tournament featuring Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, Champions, and other notable Trainers from every region. To qualify, participants must defeat PML Leaders across Pasio and earn five badges while adventuring with their partnered Pokémon. Centra City is the island’s largest hub, hosting a Pokémon Center complete with a shop and café. Other major locations include the Battle Villa, a multi-floor challenge facility for endurance-based combat, and several specialized arenas scattered across the island. The most prestigious battleground is the Champion Stadium, where the final rounds of the PML are fought. Meanwhile, the Trainer Lodge serves as a social space where Trainers gather, interact, and strengthen their partnerships.
