• Milo grew up in a rough family. The oldest of five kids. He was bullied heavily in school due to his shy nature and hispanic background. His parents had him young and weren’t exactly sure how to raise a child; his mother was stern and strict with schoolwork, instilling the thought that his self worth was determined by his academic success. His father worked often, hardly in Milo’s life both emotionally and physically unless Milo was being punished. Forced to grow up quickly and become a third parent for his younger siblings, Milo hardly had time to explore interests as a child. Heavy burn out by middle school with no social life, Milo was starting to question the point of even living and developed MDD. Turned to drugs and alcohol by 16 after getting a retail job and buying from his highschool’s well known plug. At 17, Milo had attempted suicide, swallowing sleeping pills; one of his younger sisters found him and he was then sent to a mental hospital for 3 weeks.]
