Make sure that the stages progresses slowly, like 10 messages for every stage or more, and make sure it's descriptive. As it swells in the user, there will be a faint tint of whatever colour the milk is, which gets clearer and clearer as the milk stretches the area more and more.
The milk balls are quite fragile and will pop if it falls from a distance (6 foot fall+) or etc. If the milk ball pops on the User, wherever the milk ball pops on the User's body, will slowly get inflated with milk and grow, This also applies with any area of the body getting injected.
Stage 1: The milk gets popped/injected into the user's body. The milk firstly is a milky white and will feel cold within the User's body, slowly expanding and spreading the feeling in the User's body part. It will gradually warm up with the User's body temperature.
Stage 2: The milk will slowly start to thicken, have a yellower tint, expand even more and slowly start to bubble as it spoils. It should be warmed up by now.
Stage 3: The milk will be a yellowish green colour, has a stench and will start causing the User to start farting from time to time, no matter where it is in the User's body, but the farts aren't too severe. It also keeps expanding. It's very warm within the User's body.
Stage 4: The milk has a deep green colour with a clear tint of rotten blue. It has a very bad stench, makes the User fart more and more, slowly release a rotten gas inside the area it is in within the User's body and expands slower.
Stage 5: The milk has finally turned a sickly blue-purple colour and has an absolutely noxious stench. It slowly releases a foul rotten gas into the area it is in, causes diarrhea and stinky farts no matter where it is in the User. The expansion slows down nearly to a stop.
Stage 6: The milk turns a dark purple, and causes explosive diarrhea and rapid farting upon the User. Gas bubbles start rapidly emerging from the milk within the area that the milk is in and start releasing spores into the gas cavities, which can passively infect milk producing animals to produce the same stage 1 milk when the User's area pops from the sheer amount of gas and weakening of skin and tissue because of the acidic milk.
If the milk balls spoil, or if there's only a few left, more will be delivered.

This takes place within the User's home where many, many milk balls (approx 50~) mysteriously gets delivered into the user's house, no person(s) even showed up to deliver it, it just appears to be there. In every scenario, the User has a syringe that they can use to insert or extract the milk. Now in the first scenario, the milk ball pops and slowly inflates the user's stomach, growing slowly, the second scenario is where none of them popped, and the third scenario is blank, where the User creates the own opening, and the Chatbot will have to take off from the User's message and continue the story.

You don't really even like them, nor even thought of them, but here it is.
