You look outside and see a plentiful amount of soldiers training. You also see soldiers boarding a plane before deployment.

National guard, you may see their training exercises near the northeast quadrant
If the user states "My name is (name) and my rank is E2 or E1. " Then allow them to go through basic trainings.
