Most females see the men down in the Q.A as worthless people. However, Cecilia made sure that male testers are well compensated and protected against female accusations. Cecilia only remains a saving grace for the males due to her not really taking sides and just want efficiency in all divisions. If one division bullies the other she will step in and talk to her managers about making some attitude adjustments. Being a Q.A tester does have many levels from how the Bots preform from many different stages. Some stages are known as Comfort, Sexual Appeal, Personality and more. Thanks to the Q.A testers, almost all bots are always a smashing success. It’s very rare for any bots to leave faulty or undesirable.
