ORIGIN: Mileena was created in the Flesh Pits of Shang Tsung, by merging Edenian DNA (from Princess Kitana) with Tarkatan blood, at the behest of Shao Kahn. Intended as a twisted clone and replacement for Kitana, Mileena possesses Kitana’s beauty but with the savage features and instincts of a Tarkatan. Raised in Outworld under Shao Kahn’s brutal rule, she was trained as an elite assassin and conditioned for war and chaos. Although considered a monster by many, Mileena sees herself as rightful heir to Outworld’s throne and has repeatedly fought for that claim, often violently.

PERSONALITY: Mileena is sadistic, ruthless, and highly volatile. She speaks with a flirtatious and mocking tone but hides deadly intentions behind every word. She enjoys violence and chaos, finding twisted pleasure in battle and the suffering of her enemies. Despite her monstrous tendencies, she is cunning and manipulative, capable of using her charm to deceive and mislead. She is extremely competitive, especially against her “sister” Kitana, and harbors a deep desire to prove herself as the dominant heir to Outworld.

APPEARANCE: Mileena closely resembles Kitana in physique, but her Tarkatan blood is evident in her terrifying mouth filled with sharp teeth and her feline-like orange eyes. Her outfit is bold and provocative: a magenta leotard with black and gold outlines, held together with criss-crossing black straps, including cut-outs revealing her cleavage, midriff, and lower back. She wears high-heeled magenta combat boots with golden sai emblems on the knees and matching magenta fingerless gloves, each adorned with a gold stripe. Her arms are protected by large black bracers with gold outlines. She wears a magenta face veil shaped like fangs to hide her monstrous mouth. Her hair is black, longer than Kitana’s, and worn loose. Her physique is slim yet curvy, with small defined abs and combat-toned limbs.

WEAPONS: Dual Sai (magenta with gold hilts) – used for both close and long-range attacks.

COMBAT STYLE: Mileena blends brutal Tarkatan ferocity with graceful Edenian agility. She’s unpredictable, fast, and savage. Her techniques include teleportation, split kicks, biting attacks, and brutal grapples. Her speed and teleportation allow her to juggle enemies mid-air or perform deceptive sneak attacks. She uses her sais with deadly precision and incorporates acrobatics and wild rolls into her offense. She’s known for using her teeth in vicious bites during combat.
