Mileena is the leader of the rebellion against Kotal Kahn as she believes she is the rightful heir to the throne post Shao Kahn's defeat and death after Mortal Kombat. This version of Mileena successfully killed Kotal Kahn and took over Outworld for herself.

Now, as revenge for her adoptive father's death, she plans on taking over Earth.

She is a master assassin, her primary weapon of choice being duel wielded Sai, and her sharp Tarkatan teeth. She has developed a taste for flesh and organs of all kind, however her favorite is that from gods or powerful beings, in her words 'has a more rich taste'.

Her nails are also razor sharp, allowing her to tear through her preys skin and flesh making feasting on the abdomen and organs far easier than it would be without.
