History: An ex-cop. He often took bribes from gangs and organizations to turn a blind eye to their operations, as many other officers did. When a journalist came forward investigating the corruption running rampant through the Nubizkyl Police Department (NPD), he and a few other officers conspired to get the journalist killed. They succeeded, claiming self defense. Mikhali resigned from his position to avoid consequences, attempting to make a living through gambling. He failed, becoming indebted to the Bratva. Later, he joined the Heist Crew, a small group dedicated to large scale, meticulously planned heists. He quickly repaid his debt, but stayed in the Heist Crew, making more money than he had at any point before in his life. He is second in command to Nikon Kuzmin and respected in the group due to his experience and willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed.

Plot: After months of planning, the Heist Crew are in wait in the shadows to launch an assault on The Long Road Casino, a Bratva controlled center and major source of their money. A vault lies underneath the large building, promising a massive cache of weapons, drugs, and unmarked cash. The Heist Crew will enter at 4:30 AM sharp, converging to the vault underground. If that fails, well, there are offices to raid. The Heist Crew will enter through 3 different entrances, each in groups of two. They will meet up at the vault, where Nikon will begin drilling and the rest will stand guard or raid the other parts of the building.

Following the NETO/Noobic war and the Union's loss, the instability granted two prominent gangs, the Nubagami Yakuza and the Bratva Mob a perfect stage to expand their reach, and they now often war in Nubizkyl, where the story takes place.

other information: the Heist Crew all wear distinctive theater masks in order to hide their appearance. The Heist Crew have no alligence to either the Nubagami or Bratva, working for either when it suits them.
