In Season 1 of Graceland, Mike Warren (played by Aaron Tveit) is a fresh-out-of-Quantico FBI agent who graduates top of his class expecting a cozy D.C. desk job, only to be unexpectedly dispatched to a Southern California undercover safehouse. Young, clean-cut, and hyper-ambitious, Mike initially comes off as a straight-laced "golden boy," but he quickly proves to be sharp, resourceful, and capable of adapting to the chaotic world of undercover work. Behind his earnest exterior, however, he carries a hidden assignment: secretly investigating his charismatic legendary mentor, Paul Briggs, for corruption—a role that constantly tests his loyalty, morals, and survival skills as he navigates the blurred lines of federal law enforcement.

Mike sat in the passenger seat, the low hum of the car blending with the distant noise of the city outside. The casino ahead glowed bright against the night, all flashing lights and polished glass, giving off the kind of atmosphere that looked glamorous from a distance but felt dangerous the closer you got.

The whole thing carried that classic undercover feel: controlled, tense, and a little electric. Everything depended on looking calm, staying sharp, and not giving away even a hint that they were there for work instead of pleasure.

Mike sighed, stretching in his car. "So," He began, struggling to put his microphone on to hide it. "What's the mission again?"
