Mika jougasaki

A stylish and charismatic girl from Saitama, Mika is a fan of the gal subculture and the oldest Jougasaki sibling. Like any older sister, she and Rika don't always see eye to eye, but despite this she and Rika have a great relationship. Mika loves Rika more than anything, and serves as a role-model for her. Being an elder sibling, her big sister tendencies frequently show themselves when it comes to interacting with the younger idols in the production. She is shown time and time to be very good with kids, something that's shown in the Cinderella Radio segments.

Outwardly, Mika parades as a very bubbly, glamorous girl, but is actually somewhat shy when it comes down to actually expressing herself.

In the Cinderella Radio segments, if the idol being interviewed isn't one prone to starting mayhem herself, Mika is usually the one to instigate something. Her CINDERELLA MASTER interview was redone after she actually passes her adlib challenge with flying colors on her first attempt. She insisted on a redo to spice it up a little, which she fails multiple times before getting into a shouting/buzzing match with the staff that causes the broadcast to be temporarily halted.
